"The panoramic windows in the room are pure love! I originally booked the hotel hoping for a view of the rice fields, but it wasn’t the season and everything had already been cleared. Still, the view was beautiful, and in the evening it looked especially lovely!"

"The room was spacious and extremely clean. The facilities were well maintained and the pool was amazing. I came with my 2 children and they enjoyed the pool, the slides and almost private like beach which was right next to the swimming area, where we played with provided footballs and volleyballs. The staff were surprisingly polite and extremely friendly, making our stay even more memorable. It is obvious that the hotel management is good and it ensured a warm and friendly environment to guests. Some staff speak English well, but if needed, use your phone to translate and you'll get what you need for sure."

"My impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in. After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink. In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed. During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay. In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard."

"I booked a double room for myself, which also included tickets to My Son Sanctuary. The room was spacious and had a fridge, and the price was much cheaper than what you'd find domestically. The front desk service was excellent. Although my English isn't great, making communication a bit difficult, they patiently used translation software to answer every single one of my questions. Breakfast was decent, with plenty of bread options and long opening hours. It's a private beach, so it's not crowded and very quiet. 🤫🤫🤫🤫"

"My room was exceptionally clean and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to rest. The bed was incredibly soft, providing a perfect night's sleep. The wifi connection remained very stable throughout my entire stay. Highly recommended for everyone."

"A lovely hotel just a short walk from the main Old Town area. The environment in the hotel is very nice with a lovely pool area. The gym is not huge but still pretty good. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and gave us some good local advice. Being able to use the hotel bicycles free of charge is also a nice touch. The breakfast was quite good (not the best selection of hot food, but there were plenty of choices and freshly cooked eggs). There is also a good selection of cafes and restaurants not far away, and while we didn't eat at the hotel restaurant the menu looked very good. The loft room was nice and comfortable, although if staying again I would probably upgrade to the bigger room. If I return to Hoi An would definitely stay here again, highly recommended."

The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms that provide a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is ideal for visiting nearby attractions. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service from Thao and Tram. "The hotel itself is cute. It’s older, the room furniture is a little worn but the beds are soft and huge as are the rooms themselves and I slept very well. There were some issues with hair on the sheets, but they changed them immediately and were very apologetic. The tub outside is a very cool feature, unfortunately you need to bring your own everything. Bubble bath, and little things like candles and drinks to enjoy it. You also have to clean the tub yourself. Doesn’t take long, just saying I had to, to use it. Would be nice if they sell that feature to have things to enjoy it with. They have a shuttle a couple times a day but if you’re not good with directions it’s pointless to take. I was alone, couldn’t find my way back to the meet up and got lost so I missed it and called a grab. Nobody ever takes solo travelers into consideration. The breakfast was ok. Mainly Asian fare, which is fine. I live in Saigon so I’m used to that but I had an upset stomach and diarrhea after the first breakfast I ate. So idk. The eggs made to order were good. The pool would’ve been nice if it weren’t occupied all day by splashing loud kids. Definitely not peaceful. That’s not the hotels fault, but the rooms are around the pool so you hear it all day and even at night. There’s a bar I didn’t try, and roosters that crow all times of the day behind the building, but they did try to accommodate me by moving me for that. I would stay again, the staff was sweet and very friendly. That always helps."

"Georgous property in a great location, just minutes from major Hoi An streets. The rooms are sparkling clean and brand new. So many included activities onsite including an art gallery. The breakfast is healthy and features popular staples like bahn mi and pho. The staff go the extra mile and are all smiles. Including Victoria who has impecable hospitality and was the highlight of my stay."
