"My honest experience of this place, I stayed here a week.. The moment I checked in the woman at reception had 0 customer service and 0 personality. I did request a room on the bottom floor with good wifi for work, they put me on floor 4 and no wifi. I tried the breakfast one time which I had cereal and 2 scrambled eggs. The location is not bad as it’s convenient if you’re flying the next day, I wouldn’t suggest a week, however there is some nice resorts and beaches near by. They have a pool which is okay, the tiles are falling off and the pool bar wasn’t available but it was fine. The cleaners work hard as they put water and towels in my room every day, however I did get bitten by something in the bed but it wasn’t their fault. As I checked out I had an outstanding bill for the one small breakfast I had but they didn’t allow me to pay by my card or bank transfer, I tried every way possible. After 1 hour of stressing over a bowl of cereal the owner kindly said it’s ok so luckily I made my flight. So my opinion it’s good for convenience if you’re flying the next day but not for a long duration."

"Good value for money. It looks like a luxury hotel with your own pool access, quiet atmosphere and good cleaning service every day. Lady at the reception Kwang is amazing! Helped me to rent a bike and many other things. There are some nice restaurants next to hotel. I enjoyed my stay"

"Dear Management team I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, this visit was not a pleasant experience compared to my previous stays, where I had received clean rooms and excellent service from your staff. On the day of check-in, I made a same-day booking for a double bed room. I understand that availability might be limited for last-minute reservations. Upon arrival, the male staff at the front desk informed me that only a twin-bed room was available that night and asked if that was acceptable. I agreed without any issue and was given Room 558. Another staff member escorted me to the room. After dropping off my luggage, I went out for a walk by the beach and did not inspect the room thoroughly. When I returned and looked for drinking water, I could not find any. I called the front desk to ask if complimentary drinking water was provided. The staff confirmed it was, and said it should be near the closet—but after checking again, there was clearly no water in the room. I also noticed that the room was not clean. There were pine needles on the table, and even termites in several spots. It gave the impression that the room was not ready for guests. When I informed the front desk, they explained that the room was a ”spare room” used for last-minute bookings. I found this quite unacceptable. If the room is not in a proper condition to be sold, it should not be assigned to any guest. I then requested a room change. Initially, I was told the hotel was fully booked. I insisted again, asking if truly there were no other available rooms. After a short wait, the staff informed me that Room 552 was available—also a twin-bed room. I agreed to take a look. When I was taken to Room 552, I found that it actually had a double bed (not twin as I was told) and was slightly cleaner than the previous room. I told the housekeeper I would like to move to this room. After the move, no one from the front desk contacted me to apologize or follow up about the issue. The only gesture I received was from the housekeeper who brought the new room key along with a voucher for one complimentary of drink . I chose not to make a fuss further as I did not want to waste my time during what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the quality of room maintenance and the service provided by your team, especially in handling complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction. "A luxurious hotel in the center of the island! Very clean and quiet. If you're looking for privacy, this is perfect. All rooms are on the ground floor, with access to the pool. There's also a kitchen across the street where you can cook. Incredible internet speed (almost Gbps). The only downsides are the very hard mattress, which might be a problem for some. It's far from any amenities. The nearest 7-Eleven store is 1.4 km away. Surin Beach is 6 km away. A taxi from the airport is around 300 baht (Bolt). But if you have your own transportation, I think the place is perfect. The hostess is very responsive and sweet, and everything feels right at home. I'd happily come back again."

"This resort has a beautiful pool area, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It has decent facilities but they are in need of maintenance and repair. We were there during the wet season and the ceiling in the restaurant leaked in several places, soaking the chairs. They placed towels on the floor at the entrance to wipe off your feet every morning but didn’t change them all day, so they were usually waterlogged and filthy. There is a movie theatre for the kids, which is lovely, but the screen is a white tarpaulin which is too reflective, making it hard to watch. Breakfast is okay, but the bread is often stale, the fruit was not very fresh, and the coffee in the urn was just instant coffee. You can order proper coffee (cappuccino, espresso, etc) from the ice cream shop next to the restaurant area, and we discovered upon checkout that they didn’t charge us for this, but included it in the breakfast, which was great! But because they don’t advertise this, and because the ice cream shop appears closed until 10:00, most guests suffer through with instant coffee, not knowing there are other options. There are several bar areas where you should be able to order snacks and drinks and exchange towels, but they were never staffed, and it was hard to find anyone to help. There was an incident one night with an electrical fire at 3 AM and the staff who cleaned up the mess in front of our rooms did so with loud shouting conversations for over an hour, while pushing water loudly across the floor with shovels. The next morning, instead of offering an apology, the manager greeted us by asking when we were leaving, which seemed an odd and unprofessional way to initiate a conversation about guest satisfaction. The rooms smelled musty and dank, and housekeeping didn’t regularly clean the rooms and change towels, unless we specifically asked them to. They usually came to check the rooms in the evening when we were already getting into bed. The beach is beautiful but it is across the road and reaching it requires walking through an unattractive garbage-strewn field. There are lifeguards and they did a good job marking safe areas to swim, but the beach is not ideal for young children as there is a strong undertow. The kids loved the slides and the pool and overall we had a good stay, but unless this hotel receives some upgrading and better maintenance, we would not stay here again."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Patong Bay Hill Resort. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff’s hospitality exceeded our expectations – always warm, helpful, and professional. Our room was clean, spacious, and the private jacuzzi added a perfect romantic touch for couples like us. We genuinely loved everything about this hotel. "We had a lovely stay at Beyond Kata Beach Resort. The location is excellent—right on the beachfront with a beautiful view of the sea. We originally booked a sea view room and were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The view from our room was absolutely stunning! The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. It’s a perfect spot for couples or families who want to enjoy the beach and still have easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. One small thing we noticed was that the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming during check-in—a warm smile or friendlier approach would really help guests feel more at home upon arrival. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Beyond Kata Beach Resort for anyone looking for a beachfront escape in Phuket!"

"I truly loved this hotel!! And would come back here once more. The direct enter to the beach, three pools, free sport classes for guests. I went to Muai Thai boxing class and really enjoyed it. There is panoramic view gym and great breakfasts! The staff is also very kind and supportive. I would say it’s one of the best hotels in Bangtao beach😍 Highly recommend to take the room with the pool access. Also there is a coop restaurant Nora which belongs to the hotel. Try lobster ravioli there, I loved it for 100%. There are many deck chairs on the beach, so you don’t need to worry and come early to occupy in advance."

"Good for 5-6K. A special 👍 for the pool area and the thoughtful, intelligent breakfasts, which is nice. The location is generally okay, but when the construction ends in 2027, the trucks will be annoying with their dust and their huge size on these paths. The beach is only accessible by bike; I don't recommend walking. Have a great vacation 🙌🏻🤝"
