"Amazing stay as always. This time we booked garden family king room and it has a balcony where kids can play outside and just few steps away from the kids club and spa. Room is spacious for us family of 4 and has two beds. We would like to highlight on the lifeguards at the pool, we know its their job to look after guests for safety but many times we have encounter they are being unfriendly and harsh towards guests especially to younger kids, one of many encounter - lifeguard do not need to shout at a young child when you are standing in front of them face to face, disgusting behaviour."

"In mid-August, I took a connecting Singapore Airlines flight to Singapore and chose the Far East Hotel Sentosa. A taxi from the airport to the hotel cost around 500 RMB. The hotel is located on Sentosa Island. Showing a booking confirmation screenshot waived the island entry fee for us. However, in practice, the entry control wasn't very strict; the checkpoint staff merely gave it a symbolic glance, seemingly trusting visitors' integrity. Upon arrival, bellhops (older gentlemen) assisted with our luggage. Front desk efficiency seemed to vary depending on the individual staff member. Our reservation was for a twin room, but we were assigned a king-size bed upon check-in, which required a trip back to the front desk to rectify – quite frustrating. After check-in formalities were complete, we entered our room and took a look around. The overall hotel style, however, reminded me of a budget chain hotel back in China. Complimentary ice, tea bags, and instant coffee were available near the elevators. I found this a bit strange at first, only to realize upon entering the room that these basic in-room amenities were skipped and made available in communal areas instead. The room was relatively clean, though a bit small. From the window, we could see the beach and even wild peacocks. A large swimming pool downstairs was bustling with children. We also enjoyed complimentary ice cream, which probably explains its reputation as a family-friendly hotel. We stayed for two days and visited Universal Studios once. It's just one monorail stop from the hotel, so transportation was quite convenient. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to thoroughly explore the surrounding area; otherwise, the experience might have been even more memorable. Overall, the hotel environment was decent. It perfectly served its purpose as a temporary base, especially convenient for those visiting Universal Studios."

"The hotel felt a bit dated overall, and its cleanliness was only mediocre. Rooms are quite small; it felt a bit cramped for a family of three. Be warned: various notices in the room mentioned ants, and true to form, leaving any food out attracted quite a few. Some front desk staff spoke Chinese, but it wasn't consistent across shifts. The pool, however, was a big hit – the kids absolutely loved it. The location was also a definite plus. Although it's slightly set back from the main road, the beach is just across the street, there's a 7-Eleven right next door, and the MRT station is only a few minutes' walk away. Overall, it's a decent option for a relaxing family getaway."

"The hotel room was very spacious. Despite being on the third floor, it boasted a huge terrace with excellent views of the water park. **Transportation:** Getting there is very convenient. You can take the Sentosa Express monorail to the Universal Studios area, and then catch a bus or shuttle from the nearby Hotel Michael back to the hotel. If you're lucky, you might even get to ride an autonomous bus, which is quite a fascinating experience. **Dining:** The hotel's breakfast was excellent. You can choose a semi-buffet option at the in-house restaurant; I tried the Indian food, and it was incredibly flavorful. Alternatively, you can head to Hotel Oasia for a full buffet. Although it tends to be crowded there, the service is exceptionally attentive. **Activities:** The hotel's swimming pool, located in the villa area, was very relaxing with a lovely and quiet ambiance. There's also a dedicated shortcut from the hotel directly to the water park. Simply get your tickets checked at the concierge desk, and a staff member will guide you there, which is extremely convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again."

"The staff are super friendly! Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating to our special request for the surprise we were giving to a friend! Breakfast was delightful and once again, greeted by friendly staff, always smiling and making us feels comfortable. Overall the stay was enjoyable and the room was clean (thanks to the hardworking housekeeping crew)! The pool was clean and view was beautiful! Minibar and snacks were complimentary - so generous of the hotel! Really enjoyed ourselves here~ Really loving the helpful hospitality provided by the staff in here :)"

"Hotel Michael is one of the several hotels within the resort. They are all walking distance from each other and from Universal Studios. This tends to be the cheapest among the other Resorts World. We had dinner outside the hotel since we didn’t fancy the cuisines offered by the restaurants at the hotel. I encountered some problems when booking directly on their website, so I ended up booking through Trip. This was the easiest. Fortunately, this concern got us complimentary breakfast. The location for the hotel breakfast was not the most convenient—from Hotel Michael you have to walk towards the other hotel, Hotel Ora. Other than that, the hospitable staff makes up for it."

"celebrated my husband's birthday at Sofitel Sentosa, with my doggy! I'm glad that I have the option to simply top up $150 to bring my dog along, instead of being restricted to paw packages. service was great and they also arranged a complimentary birthday cake for my husband, despite being 100% occupied and very busy! The dog amenity bag was also great. The unfortunate thing is that the location is pretty far away from the main rws area, and we don't drive so transportation was very limited (either bike, or walk :()"

"The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, truly stunning. The service is exceptional. Every room comes with a dedicated butler, so you really don't have to worry about language barriers. It's an especially wonderful experience if you're traveling with kids."

"Vanessa at the front desk is the best! Great facilities, you can rent irons, buy a golfball card and play at the range but you need to be a member to go for a round . Several restaurants in the club."

"Very nice hotel with spacious and newly renovated rooms featuring marine and rainforest themes, the environment is clean and well maintained. Close and convenient connection to nearby shopping mall with abundant choices of food and free shuttle bus to nearby MRT station. Also, there is a large water park just next to the hotel with great water activity facilities. Excellent choice for family stay :)"
