The location is great. The building itself is a real chateau. You can feel the history. The room was big and comfortable. There was some misunderstanding with the AC, but finally it was solved. The breakfast was great although the coffee wasn't as good as I expected.

The facilities are old but full of history. A beautiful setting for a Tuscan holiday. The quality of the triple rooms was not uniform, the one we stayed in was a little dated. But the overall feeling is good

Our tour company booked us here. It is a beautiful villa with gorgeous views. Our bedroom was large, the only complaint is the A/C unit did not work. After seeing the wiring that leads to it, we sure understood why & did not try to use it again. This is a place to stay if you wish to do some small hikes & relax. There is nothing else around here; plan for breakfast & dinner at the villa. Also, pay attention as to how to get to your room or you could roam around for hours.

Breathing views Amazing residence! We had the room with the main balcony. The view day and night, sun or rain is breathtaking. We also visited their restaurant for a dinner and the food was high quality and tasty :) with a quality of a decent restaurant

Quintessential Tuscan Experience! The views are stunning, and the cafe in the town of Donnini has some of the best pizza we had in Tuscany. Good: Parking onsite is convenient and easily accessible, breakfast buffet is great (especially the tiny pastries...so fresh!), grounds are relaxing, staff was very hospitable and provided a great map of the Sette Ponte Road (with 13 stops) for a single day road trip in the area that you are sure to enjoy! Bad: Furniture in our room could be updated (clean but felt a bit old/dingy), no soundproofing between rooms (its an old villa); pool was dirty so we passed on a swim Overall, this was a great value for the price, conveniently located, and had come personally recommended by a family we know that had such a good experience they made a 2 night stay into a full week.

This place is an Absolute Gem if you want to feel that “Under the Tuscany Sun” Vibe. Every corner there is a Photo opportunity, and still pictures cannot capture the Amazing Ambience of this Villa. It is not modern and modernized, but if you are looking for an old castle stay, this Villa is your Gem!
