What an absolutely stunning place. We booked the Natural History room for a couple of nights as a base to explore a little bit of Norfolk. The Dial House is ideally situated about half an hour from the coast and half an hour from Norwich and is situated on the Market Place in the middle of Reepham. Breakfast is provided by The Bread House situated beneath the rooms. The coffee is great and the pastries are to die for - especially the huge cinnamon buns! Our room was absolutely beautiful and it had everything we needed, including a spacious bathroom and lovely little outside area. There is no longer a restaurant on site but the Kings Arms is just across the Market Square and the food there is delicious but you really need to book as it was very popular and busy whilst we were there. There’s also a local, deli, butchers, pharmacy, post office and convenience store amongst other interesting antique shops and tea rooms, etc. Overall a great visit and would highly recommend,

Stayed in the China Room for an overnight stay, accompanied by our four legged companion. Fantastic room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable with easy access arrangements. Had evening meal in the wonderful Kings Arms on the opposite side of the market square where we stayed for the quiz and the locals were very friendly. Lots of great walks on the doorstep, including the Marriotts Way and a very attractive town all round. Fabulous pastries and coffee at the cafe (Bread Source) located on the ground floor of the building and included in the room price. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay at the Dial house. I was a little concerned when there wasn’t a person to greet us as you put in a code to access, but I needn’t have worried as our room turned out to be sumptuously decorated and immaculately clean, in fact I would say it’s the nicest, cleanest room I have slept in? The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the sheets smelt lovely😀. It was equipped with everything you need Wine glasses/record player and extra heating (the room was large) !! Beautiful Norfolk natural soaps etc.. and great shower with plenty of hot water! It’s Soo lovely to stay somewhere where they have got it 100% right? Well done, an absolute delight! We had our dinner at the ship across the square which was also very good food and popular with locals, so glad we booked a table! And breakfast at the bakery which opens at 8 am for the community (again well served by people) for lovely pastries, bread, sausage rolls and coffee and cakes. A nice touch that they lit the log burner in the dining room to take off the chill. All in all a great stay ,and we will certainly return to enjoy another stay at The Dial House. THANK YOU 🙏

Stayed midweek for two nights in the large and well appointed Italian Palace room. Kettle with tea bags and a cafetière for coffee available together with a mini fridge that had a small bottle of fresh milk which was appreciated. Easy access via key code as there is no reception desk - someone is available by phone if required and we did receive a call to check everything was ok upon our arrival. It’s not a hotel but a really good bed & breakfast in a property that also houses a bakery, beauty salon and hairdressers. Currently you receive a voucher for breakfast which comprised of bakery items and drinks from the bakery Bread Source which is situated on the ground floor of this lovely building. The service from Michelle who helped with our booking and the staff at Bread Source was both friendly and professional. All are a credit to the businesses.

This is our third time staying at The Dial House this year, we absolutely love this place and its cosy, romantic feel. The Dial House will always have a special place in our hearts as it was our first getaway together and it just gets better and better everytime. We must admit, we were disappointed when we heard that it had been taken over and were concerned about its future but we didn’t need to worry. The room was just as beautiful as expected and the new owners have kept the character and charm. We stayed in Africa this time but have stayed in Parisian Garette and Raj before. As always, the room was beautifully presented, clean and quirky. The feel of the rooms at this place is like no other hotel we have ever stayed in which is why we keep coming back. Please don’t ever change the beautiful rooms! We want to stay in them all! The rooms are literally filled with everything you need and are well worth every single penny. We already can’t wait to come back and we haven’t even left yet. The beds are soooo comfortable, one thing we always talk about when we leave this place! The showers are amazing, we had a huge, powerful shower head and the bathrooms are so beautiful. Every room has so much character and is so different, it’s just amazing. It’s my birthday weekend so we were welcomed with a card & complimentary bottle of Prosecco which was very much enjoyed, thank you so much!! We also especially like the Norfolk Living products in the room and will definitely be purchasing some for our own home at some point :) Like the other reviews have mentioned, there is no restaurant or bar but this is a B&B so not sure why you would expect one. We stayed for two nights this time so we enjoyed a takeaway in front of the telly on the first night and then headed across the road to The Kings Arms for dinner on the second night. I’m not sure what more you could want! Perfect for us! You are able to get breakfast downstairs at Breadsource with a generous £10 per person voucher. We both had pastries and hot drinks and really enjoyed them. It’s different to what we were used to at our previous stays but Breadsource have really freshened up the place and it was very busy which was nice to see. There was plenty on offer and we have to say, the cheese straws were soooo good!! Definitely going to take some home with us. Overall, if you want a cosy stay in a unique, extremely comfortable and cosy room, then this is 100% the place for you. We just fall in love a little bit more everytime we visit. We wish the new owners the best of luck and we can’t wait to visit again!! Italian palace next we think :)

Stayed here at the start of NOV for 2 nights. We stayed in the Print Room which is decorated very well with a good sized bed and arm chair inc the usual bedroom furniture. Handy to have a small fridge in the room. Good sized bathroom with large bath and over bath rain shower. Nice view of the village square and the pub across the road. Unfortunately at the time of our visit the Dial House was undergoing some renovations in preparation for a new business venture so they were only able to provide a continental breakfast. This was nice and they provided a good choice of items. The room was very hot and the room info letter said the temperature could be altered by turning down the thermostat. We had great fun trying to find the thermostat, eventually found it under the desk !!! Nice place would like to experience some of the other rooms.

A gem. A quirky hotel in a fantastic rural Norfolk town. Amazing comfort and fantastic food. Excellent and attentive service. Individually decorated rooms with the latest facilities and so much space! Reepham is a quaint delight. We will be back.

This hotel have redeemed a voucher for a hotel stay when we never stayed. I have been emailing and calling them for weeks to confirm the date and no one answers the phone or replies to my emails. They've then redeemed the voucher and not even told us! Absolutely shocked and appalled by this and hope that when Buyagift investigate further we will be getting our money back. Such a shame as was really looking forward to staying after seeing such great reviews, but it doesn't appear to be a well run business at all. No one manning the phones, and if someone does answer they can't help as they're the only one on duty and doing food service (what I've been told when I have managed to get through). Had one email reply asking for my dates of availability, replied within a few days and then never heard back. To then find they've redeemed the voucher knowing we are still to confirm a date is appalling. I also received a call advising that the kitchen was closing and asking where we were (this was on the original date of our booking) when I'd already been in touch back and forth about moving the date which they said was fine. I told them the lady who called this and she apologised. But then clearly she did nothing with that information and redeemed the voucher anyway. Absolutely unacceptable service.

We have stayed in the Dial House a number of times on our summer holidays to Norfolk. Love the themed bedrooms and eclectic interior. All sorts of eclectic bric-a-brac on sale! Our only disappointnent this time was lack of dinner on a summer Sunday evening. We had a long road trip. The whole place shuts down by about 5.30. I guess they have to consider staffing costs, even the pub opposite stopped serving at 6pm but you would think a fine Sunday summer evening in a picturesque part of Norfolk was a wasted opportunity! So we walked up the road for snacks from the Coop. Breakfast was continental which we liked but we are sure the last time there was a cooked option (maybe a consequence of staying Sunday night). However, when the guests have gone the piano plays on. I don't think it has been tuned since I first played it in 2018!
