Perfect for Elderly, its lovely and feels like home.
However the wood makes it feel like everyone too close.

The landlady is very nice, but this is a B&B, which is definitely not as spacious as a big hotel. The room is a bit small, but the price is reasonable. They are nice people and very patient.

We arrived late (3pm) self check in, and had a busy day with an event on. We did not see the owner at all at the property during our stay and did not want to publicly embarrass them. As the quality of the cleanliness was certainly not to standard, the property should not be rented out in this state.
- dust was extremely thick around the property
- thick mould was evident on walls and in aircon
- building structure of walls had water damage and mould present
- kitchen items were dirty, used and in bad condition
- no electrical items were safety tested and tag as per Australia WHS requirements
- the pool was out of service with issues showing green water and a light wires exposed in the pool water
- floors were dirty and greasy
- there was blood on the balcony door frame
- no floor mat for the bathroom
- Bed was very uncomfortable and definitely needed an upgrade.
The bottom line is the property needs some well deserved maintenance and spring cleaning to bring it up to scratch with other Bed and breakfasts. The property has some great potential to be a beautiful stay but it’s very run down.

Very nice option for my overnight stay in Redcliffe for business. The property was private, clean and comfortable. Staff were very accomodating and easy to deal with. Will stay here again when in the area.

The property suited my purposes as a convenient quiet over nighter. Very clean, had everything i needed, the host Lynne was lovely. Continental brekky was included and was very filling. Would definitely stay again.
