這家chedi真的是非常的不推薦！
房間空調一會跳掉一會跳掉
浴室設計極其撿漏且規劃很不合理 淋浴房設計的極小 水壓也非常小 洗澡很不舒服
客房清潔也一塌糊塗 打掃房間也不放新的牙具和棉簽 雙床房間顯然是兩個人住 衹放一雙拖鞋也不知道是什麼意思
酒店公共區域也很小 十分鐘就可以逛完了 服務也跟不太上 快3000一晚的酒店真的是非常不值得

就這個集團的通病 景色五星級 室內裝修連3星級都沒有 WiFi基本可愁人 室內衹要開門空調自動停…… 洗澡水需要放好久才能熱 下水還不通暢……

不愧是東南亞知名度假連鎖的品質，幾乎讓人忘記在埃及。推開房門就是沙灘和大海，員工的服務意識極佳，spa也是專程找來的印尼技師。el gouna比起鄰近的hurghada人少很多，在紅海躺幾天的首選之地！

Just returned home from a fabulous holiday and exactly what the Dr ordered, beautiful location, good food and above all the staff were amazing and made our stay even that more wonderful. Special thanks to Ibrahim, Ismail, Omar, Ayman, Myna, Engy and Beshoy these guys were incredible always smiling, happy, friendly and couldn't do enough for you :) thank you to all at The Chedi for making our stay so magical... cant wait to visit you again

New hotel with good infrastructure and above all space, so that you have plenty of privacy (e.g. large deckchairs, which are far apart). Extremely friendly and courteous staff. One of the best and most pleasant hotels I've ever stayed in.
