Hotels near Sala Aloísio Magalhães - Fundaj, Recife

Assim que cheguei no hotel já tive uma péssima impressão no check in extremamente demorado com apenas uma atendente que levou quase 15 minutos para atender o grupo de 3 pessoas que estava na minha frente. Achei que o meu check in seria rápido por já ter feito o mesmo online e nos outros hotéis da rede já encontrar tudo pronto, bastando assinar para retirar minha chave já preparada, mas nesse hotel levou uns 10 minutos pois precisaram copiar meus dados já preenchidos online para um segundo cadastro do hotel e preparar minha chave. No elevador, o botão do meu andar (4º) não funcionava direito e o funcionário do hotel teve que socar o botão diversas vezes até o mesmo acender. No quarto padrão íbis anos 2000 notei que a janela dava para um terreno vazio cheio de mato e mesmo no quarto andar encontrei vários mosquitos provavelmente vindos do terreno vizinho. Ao tentar dar uma volta a pé para conhecer os arredores do hotel, me deparei com calçadas alargadas em ambas os lados do hotel, tornando impossível o trânsito de pedestres nos arredores sem mergulhar os pés nas poças d’água em dias de chuva. Na primeira noite resolvi fazer um pedido de iFood às 18h e somente às 23h me foi avisado que o pedido estava parado no balcão da recepção desde as 19h, pois o telefone no meu quarto não estava tocando e só me ligaram no meu telefone pessoal as 22h. Ao questionar o motivo de não terem me ligado mais cedo, foi respondido que ligaram diversas vezes, mas mostrei que no meu registro de chamadas não tinha nenhuma ligação perdida deles antes de uma única ligação de número desconhecido as 22h. Ao questionar o que seria feito para resolver o problema do telefone interno não tocando no quarto, foi dito que nada poderia ser feito naquele horário. Ao questionar se seria possível trocar de quarto para um com telefone funcionado, me responderam que o hotel estaria com 100% de ocupação, mas numa simples pesquisa no app deles foi constatado que ainda estavam vendendo diárias para o mesmo dia, ou seja, eles estavam fazendo overbooking ou mentido sobre a ocupação total do hotel. Na mesma noite mandei e-mail para a gerência do hotel e até o presente momento, mais de 10 dias depois dos problemas relatados, não recebi nenhuma resposta da gerência. Somente no dia seguinte mandaram a manutenção arrumar o telefone interno do meu quarto, mas depois do ocorrido não fiz mais nenhum pedido de iFood e preferi comer fora do hotel. O café da manhã do hotel foi a única parte que superou expectativas, em especial o preparo de tapiocas e omeletes. No geral não me hospedaria novamente nesse hotel a não ser que seja a última opção disponível.

The rooms are beautiful, especially if they are on the upper floors. The service is of quality. The swimming pool is small but we are on the sea.

We hosted four people (two couples), two apartments, in the last floor, the view of the city and the sea is beautiful, but the glasses were so dirty that they had much to do to enjoy it. The hotel is very good, the building is beautiful, it impresss very well and the apartment is not bad. However, breakfast is served without capricity, everything is ”more or less”. Little agility in replacing pads and cuts. Little bread variety and almost nothing from the local cuisine. . With little attention to the requests and zero sympathy of the staff of the restaurant. Even being hosted in two people (one couple) per apartment, the room service, despite request, did not provide two cups and two cups; only one unit of each!!! And when we requested cuts in the restaurant (to eat a fruit or something like this), we were denied and provided with plastic cuts by paying $5.00 per cut (see photo showing). Unlike what was reported in the reservation, the parking was charged from the part.

Hotel bem localizado, quartos amplos e limpos, Oq faltou nos quartos seria uma smartTV ou pelo menos um TVstick para aumentar a gama de canais e não ficar apenas a estadia inteira vendo TV aberta, a escada é íngrime e deve ter cuidado ao subir e descer para não tropeçar que foi o meu caso. O café da manhã é simples noq se propõe, alimenta mas o espaço é pequeno e apertado, tem de chegar cedo para pegar mesa. No mais, boa estadia, recomendo.

The hotel is clean and organized, the breakfast is simple but well prepared, with enough options. The location is perfect and you can go to a variety of good bars and restaurants nearby. In particular, the experience was very good because the receptionist Michelle was extremely careful, performing, kind and gave us various options for local tours. The hotel team is excellent and certainly suggestive to other people and I don't want to stay elsewhere when I go back to the Recife.

A hospedagem em si foi boa. O café é muito simples e tem pouca variedade. Pedi 02 refeições, a primeira veio com o frango do filé à parmegiana em quase sua totalidade cru, a outra refeição estava boa. Mas o grande problema é a vedação entre os quartos, é possível ouvir absolutamente tudo o que é dito ou é feito. I arrived late at the hotel for check in, I made the procedure and I went up completely exhausted of the trip, I went to bath and had no towels available in the room, I called at the reception and told me I had to go withdraw (??) The room is large but with a screaming smell and no view to any place, since my window was in front of a residential, the bathroom was vacuum water from the box and the discharge was not working, when cleaning the room sometimes did not repair the room Face or floor towel, pq NOT HAVE been available, next to the hotel has a hamburger that leaves the place impregnated with fat smell all the time, coffee is well basic and repeated and to close with gold key missed energy for two days at the hotel with no return forecast, I was in the city at work I had to move to my base in the middle of the pq rain I could not advance my things from the hotel, I informed that I needed support because of the work to deliver and simply not to They exchanged me from hotel, arguing that they had no vacancies, the pool was in maintenance throughout the period I was there and there was only one lift working that at the coffee time I often went down from PQ stairs beyond the delay, was getting stuck. The chaos people dropped down with huge bags on the emergency staircase to get out of that place.As my own was already paid by the company, I had no choice and I had to stay 14 days in that mouse they call the hotel. My stay extended for 44 days but I went to another hotel that gave me the minimum comfort. The only thing that ”saves” is the service of the staff, all have always been very educated, at the reception, at the coffee and during cleaning, but it's all sad.

It's not only bad, it's depressing, bad, broken bed, window falling, TV cable crossing the floor of the room, electric shower, only one shot worked in the room .... and much more. Breakfast very bad, not closed door, horrible quality synthetic fabric bed, tergal type, unreal room floor .Finally ... There is absolutely no positive point.

Well located in front of the beach of good travel, well varied breakfast, just didn't like the delay in arrival to check in our room was not ready yet , more of the rest was very pleasant
