Every staff member at the front desk was excellent. They had my room reserved and ready for me, so check-in was instant! The housekeeping staff was very responsible, cleaning the room promptly every day. The location is perfect, right in the center! The train station and shopping malls are all nearby, providing every convenience.

Room spacious and well-designed, but sad wear and tear. After long flight was looking forward to hot soak, but bath lever didn’t work and tub didn’t drain readily. Hand soap empty or dispenser didn’t work. Toilet door wouldn’t shut properly and ventilation didn’t work either - not a great combination. Reported all to reception but didn’t get the impression anyone cared. Guess they have a captive Heathrow audience.

Easy check-in And out. Friendly staff. The only drawback was the Resteraunt was fully booked for the weekend

Had a pleasant stay at Novotel Reading Centre. Great central location, clean rooms, comfortable stay and friendly staff. Convenient for business travel and family stay. Overall a good experience.

Location- was walkable from station, town centre, Oracle shopping centre which has Vue and Bowling Service- Staff were very friendly. Toni, Nicola, Daniel- were fab. They helped me store my special medication. They have facility for keeping luggage after checkout which was very helpful Amenities- Swimming pool, steam, sauna, gym onsite with full access with room booking. Towels available at no extra cost at the facilities. The showers were broken/ no hot water. So we used room showers for bath after using the these services. Room- was beautiful and clean with lovely large screen smart tele. There was a locker and small mini fridge in the room with tea/coffe bar, iron with iron board, hair dryer. They also provide tap water from front desk for tea etc. There was a bath and shower both! The toilet and bath did not have locks- but I was in with my kids- so worked fine. One bedside light switch was broken- but didn’t need to use this. The room temp was rather warm- front seat kindly lent us a big table fan- which was very helpful. They have bar and restaurant- we didn’t need to use these. The

Staff are helpful. Location is very convenient to train station, shops and places of interest. Good selection of breakfast. Nice pool. Carpet in the room could do with a refresh. Aircon is not that cold. Sofa bed is springy but for the price and amenities it is ok. Overall good value and decent hotel.

Big room, clean bed and bath room. Smooth checkin. Very nice breakfast. Bar lounge was also brilliant. No cash payment.

Great location for everything especially the train station. Bed comfy, sofa not so much. Biggest gripe toilet in room 322 detached from sink to wash hands after using the toilet. Pool sauna n gym great .

The front desk staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and the location was great. We had a pleasant stay. However, the desk lamp was faulty and kept flickering.

Well, I can't knock the hotel itself location perfect, The rooms are really nice. People are really nice, but for amenities, the swimming pool was cold. It had a sauner that wasn't really hot. The steam room was okay. I didn't use the gym very empty and quite chilly, And Just be careful if you get the top floor rooms as there is a massive 5G tower right outside the window on the right hand side of building, which will affect your sleep I did ours until we see why tje next day, we had to change rooms for a lower floor, not same view from windon as top floor but a good nights sleep, no idea why a hotel would put a huge 5G microwave tower on its roof but there you go.

I had a pleasant experience at the Novotel. It’s close to everything and will recommend
