Loved staying in this hotel with my family. The pool is great and big. Location is good because near the shopping mall. Only problem was the parking (it was full) and the security at night (street feels a bit insecure). In all cases, will definitly come back.

The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and they even have air conditioning! It's also easy to get to the city center. However, this street is a bar street, so it might get a bit noisy on weekend nights.

Air con is a must so 5 star for this. Room is cleaned daily. 5 minutes to train station and town centre. Prime location.

The hotel is a convenient 3-5 minute walk from Reading train station, right across from a shopping center. The room was a bit small, but breakfast was free for kids and the food quality was decent.

The room was small fir 3 Not enough towels for 3 had to ring & get housekeeping to provide more Paid for breakfast on checking but wax challenged each morning as it was not registered at the restaurant - this was embarrassing. Selection of bread at breakfast was v limited. The fried foods were very very greasy. Good selection if snacks available at reception.

Novotel Reading Centre is located in the heart of Reading, with convenient access to food, accommodation, and transportation. It is a 3-minute walk to the train station and a 3-minute walk to museums, parks, monasteries, and supermarkets. The front desk service is very friendly, and the swimming pool and gym are open normally from 10:00-22:00 every day. We are responsible for cleaning our floors very seriously and clean the rooms on time every day! Everyone gathers together at the bar downstairs every night to watch the World Cup, it's very happy! Five star rating! Like it, thank you!

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 4 to 5-minute walk from Reading train station. However, the hotel is generally quite old, and many facilities are in need of maintenance. The shower temperature was very difficult to control, and the fridge wasn't working properly. The room itself was spacious, and the price was more affordable compared to hotels in London. Breakfast was excellent value for money at just £13, with a wide variety of food options. The staff were friendly and very willing to help.

Room spacious and well-designed, but sad wear and tear. After long flight was looking forward to hot soak, but bath lever didn’t work and tub didn’t drain readily. Hand soap empty or dispenser didn’t work. Toilet door wouldn’t shut properly and ventilation didn’t work either - not a great combination. Reported all to reception but didn’t get the impression anyone cared. Guess they have a captive Heathrow audience.

The hotel is not far from the train station, and the soundproofing is good, so there were no noise issues. The room wasn't particularly small either. However, the hotel is quite old and run-down. The sink, bathtub, and shower all had a lot of yellowish stains, making it feel not very clean. The sofa and carpet also had a lot of old stains and dust.
