Quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel is clean and the staff provide great service. Parking is also convenient.

Good clean room, I think there was renovation because it is old school hotel, but furniture and other stuff looks new. That's why you don't feel that it's old. I like everything here.

Very good and very cheap

Quite clean and nice, with a 7-Eleven and various eateries nearby, plus a large shopping mall about a kilometer away.

All it’s good just about cleaning

Check-in was quick. No deposit required. A kettle and microwave are on the ground floor by the elevator. Water is provided daily, and housekeeping is only available upon request. The shower has a water heater, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a small sofa, and a balcony. The sheets are clean, but the bed is firm. There are only two towels, each with a distinct odor. There are ants, although the hotel was obviously recently renovated. The shopping center and market are a 30-40-minute walk away, which I don't recommend, as there are a lot of dogs in Rayoga. They howl at night and disturb your sleep. There's convenient parking. A cafe, gas station, and 7/11 are nearby. The price of 450 rubles is reasonable. But there are better options.

The room is clean, looks spacious and tidy, but there is one problem: some rooms smell of cigarettes, which is the room we stayed in. But overall, it is okay, both the price and the cleanliness.
