Totally enjoy my stay at Rayong Thailand thanks to this hotel, for me this is a MUST when you visit Rayong .. The Rooftop dinning place is spectacular and breathe taking

Good price, service, rooms, complete facilities!!! Overall, I'm very impressed with the facilities🥰 For anyone looking for accommodation in the heart of Rayong city. The price is easy on the pocket, but the facilities we guarantee are good, complete, definitely worth more than the price. Let me tell you that the facilities are equivalent to a 5-star hotel, everyone. And here they have a bathtub in every room🛁 Plaai Prime Hotel (PLAAI Prime Hotel, Rayong) used to be the same hotel chain as D Varee, so their service and amenities were complete!! But the price is so cheap that your eyes will be shocked. Seriously, when searching, we compare with many hotels nearby. The prices here are much cheaper. The room looks OK, has a bathtub, and breakfast is included. But the price is half the price. Honestly, we didn't expect much. Because I thought that I would probably just sleep for a while. Another day, I had to rush to catch a boat to Koh Samet. So I took a hotel that was affordable. 🛏We stayed in the Deluxe room. The price paid was 1,2XX baht. The staff provided good service and gave good advice. What was impressive was that the room had full amenities like a five-star hotel. The room is spacious, has a balcony, and a soft, comfortable bed. Automatic toilet, dryer, iron + ironing board provided. (I really like this one. Even some five-star hotels don't have it in the room at all. You have to borrow a screen. This one is available in the room. Start winning🤩) Not only that, there's also wifi in the room of its own. There's a router in the room, too. Smart TV, lying down and watching Youtube, Netflix, very comfortable. The bathtub in the bathroom is a large tub. Soak in a very comfortable soak. You can slide the door in the bathroom and lie down and watch TV too, which is good, comfortable, and most importantly, I love that the price is easy on the wallet. Breakfast is a buffet style with complete tea and coffee. There is room service. There is a bar on the 3rd floor.

This hotel is clean enough. Housekeeper is a very nice lady. Location is quite convenient. That's all the positive. First of all, they are very stingy on their towels. When I called the front desk to ask for a change of my used towels to fresh towels, their reply is simply no. They will only change your towels once a day during room cleanup. I only asked for a change not for additional towels, and they still refused. Secondly, their location is located next to a 407 bus station, but their windows are not sound proof. So you can hear the buses coming in and out and in reverse backing up to somewhere until their last schedule. The shower is also not leak proof. The shower door doesn't have any seal on any side so water will leak out. They have a kitchenette with dishes that you can use; however, dish detergent is not available. The only difference between the Superior and Deluxe room is lower and upper floor. The ramp in front is so so steep that you can't even walk on it. So pushing your luggage or wheelchair is unsafe or impossible.

The hotel is located in the centre of Rayong right beside the night market and other city facilities. The room has a kettle, fridge, microwave, plates, bowls and cutlery for enjoying your own food or from the local market to eat comfortably in the large spacious room - everything you could need. The hotel offers a shuttle to the beach, bus station and the shopping mall - central. The breakfast was a large selection catering, for westerner's and Japanese. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They provided towels for the pool area which is next to the gym. This may not be a five start hotel but it has to be one of the most homely hotels I have ever stayed in. Some five start hotels do not take the care for their guests as this one does.

Stayed here for one night and due to circumstance was just looking for a good value as there was no time for a resort setting this trip to Rayong. In that situation I usually stay at the Marriott but for a place to sleep and run errands within Rayong this place was great. Room was bigger than I expected, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was solid considering the limitations these days but given the space they are using assume that in ”normal” times it is probably quite grand.

The hotel is next to both the sea and the river. There are many tourist attractions near the hotel. Convenient to travel Suitable for relaxation very well. The hotel is very clean. The staff provided very good service, welcomed them well, and were smiling. We stayed in a river view room. During long holidays the prices are not too high.

Time for an update, since I reviewed the hotel a few years ago. The pandemic curtailed a lot of travel, so it's been a while since we were here. They closed during the pandemic, but used that time to do a lot of upgrades and remodeling. There is all new tile throughout, and very attractive tile at that; my wife is considering replacing the tile in our house with what's in the hotel. The beds, or at least the mattresses, are also new and quite comfortable. On this stay we were also given a suite that was almost the size of my condo back in the US, and at a great price that included breakfast. You order breakfast the night before from the brief menu, which I imagine they do so as to predict how much they need the following morning and not have food go to waste. The staff here is, as they were before, very friendly and professional, and work hard to make sure your have a comfortable stay. The day manager/assistant manager Mr. B is a terrific host, and speaks excellent English. When we were checking out, he made sure to be around so he could personally thank us for staying, and we very much appreciated him doing this. Although you will see some some foreign guests (probably avoiding the madness of Pattaya), it does seem to cater more to Thai customers; all of the television channels are Thai. However, if you're spending your time in Thailand watching television, you're missing the whole point of being there. All in all, another excellent stay, and we will definitely be back.

Kantary Bay Hotel and Serviced Apartments Rayong is the hotel I chose for the past 10 days. It is close to the bay with beautiful scenery. It is a good place for relaxing. 😊 Why did I choose this hotel in the beginning? It was a photo I took in 2007. This bay is very special. I want to visit this bay again. But I don't remember where this is in Rayong for a long time. I looked at 👀 Google Maps and found Rayong and thought about how to find it. I saw the picture of the bay. I saw this hotel as soon as I was enlarged. I saved it directly. I booked a ticket and chose this hotel. At the beginning, I saw the evaluation of this hotel on the Internet that the things were old or the attitude of the service staff was not good, but the evaluation of this thing always had both sides. I, who has experienced it, will feel the evaluation of the network. After all, everyone feels different. I list the points for my personal feelings: 1. The equipment is old, but I can feel the maintenance and cleaning with my heart. 2. The breakfast is diversified, Japanese, American, Chinese, coffee is my favorite taste. 3. The hotel staff has a polite smile and a smile. 4. Although the language is not working, I respond to me very seriously. 5. There are two swimming pools, so you can spend the afternoon enjoying the sun very leisurely. 6. I see the inconvenience of traffic on the Internet. I think this hotel is mainly for people to relax and empty, and now there is Grab super convenient 👍👍. 7. There are 2 711 next to the hotel that people can't buy 🤭. 8. There are also superb restaurants on both sides of the hotel, and there are special snacks along the coast. 9. Out of the hotel is the seaside, healing blue 😌. 10. The service staff is very good. Just welcoming Dining room and housekeeping Well trained Come down to eat brunch. The staff has collected the food. But he still did good service and prepared a large set of food for us. The room is moderately clean, has hot water, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, bowls, plates, cutlery, complete bathroom equipment, has a sofa, dining table, where you can sit and relax. The bed is soft and wide, can sleep two people, close to Saengchan Beach, only 5-7 minutes away, close to restaurants. Near the Muang Rayong Police Station, just 5 minutes away.

A beautiful hotel. Fantastic food and excellent service from a young girl called pyjamas. She was an excellent host who was so professional in the manner she served us. The best service I have had in Thailand so far. Great at her job and made our visit that much better. This place I will return to. . Highly recommended.
