Need to refurbish please...rundown and please get new towels, these have some black dots
Poor insulation..can almost hear everything so not able to have a good rest
Lights from corridor seeped from bottom of door to room

Soundproofing really bad. Can hear the phone ringing from the lobby (our room is situated in G floor). Keep ringing the whole night. Tv not working. One of the room lamp is not functioning. Toilet too small. Got smoking smell in the room and the towel.
