Really nice hotel, amazing and friendly staff, cozy environment. The room was warm and clean, with a beautiful view of mountains. It’s also close to the turistic places. We really enjoyed the pool and the sauna. A total break from the everyday rutine. I totally recomand this hotel!!

Absolutely relaxation for half the price every other hotel in the area was asking! The best thing is we had the entire (ample) sauna area and pool to ourselves. The second best thing is the absolutely charming staff. And while the bedroom was ok (comfortable bed, normal room), the bathroom was fabulous - I particularly liked the washbasin.

It is a comfortable hotel with nice rooms with a somewhat dated bathroom with a heated floor? The breakfast and dinner are very well taken care of! Friendly staff with good service, however the staff at the bar often has to switch to other activities, which means that there is no staff present, for example. The spa area looks inviting at first glance, but it is very dated! Of all the facilities, only the hot sauna worked (active between 4 and 7) the other facilities were broken or out of order, normally it was not possible? The hotel makes a somewhat dilapidated impression, it has seen better days!

- 15€ per person for breakfast for a poor buffet with low quality products - bathroom in the room needs to be renovated for a 3*s hotel - the guy at the reception was annoyed and not very polite on the phone because we had an unexpected problem at work that made us delay the check in (available until 11pm, we arrived at 11.30pm). In the end they showed themselves to be helpful as they left us the keys to the room on the reception desk, allowing us to check in the next morning, but I do not agree with answering arrogantly to two customers who have to arrive to spend two nights in your hotel..

Dated but clean structure. Welcoming staff. In a three-star S hotel I did not like the buffet dinner. SPA half-service, old pool. Bathrobes not available. Breakfast not like a hotel in Alto Adige. Excellent location for excursions to the lakes of Braies and Anterselva.
