The Galla Hotel

The Galla Hotel is a good choice. It offers a clean, modern, and comfortable stay. The sheets and washrooms were clean. It has spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The on-site Korean restaurant provides a nice breakfast. They have a gym too. The location is near the walking street and food and restaurants were readily available.

Nice view hotel and relax

I and my father came to Ranong for some errands and wanted to try staying somewhere new for a change. This hotel is located in the city centre, making it very convenient for getting around, and it also offers parking, which is why I decided to stay at The Galla. However, upon check-in, we found that the air conditioner wasn’t working. After putting up with the heat for about half an hour, we decided to inform the staff. The hotel sincerely apologised for the inconvenience and immediately offered to move us to the new room, or provide a full refund if we preferred to move to another place. We were very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they handled the situation. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Ranong

Rooms, locationnand cleaning is good comparing with proper price. Unfortunately, I feel unflavored smell in lobby likely from waste treatment

Clean room but bathroom amenities are a bit outdated. Great coffee downstairs.
