This review must be longer than...

We were part of luxury resort day visit. Resort is big and free for guests to roam around. They gave complimentary massage which is a nice touch. The water is clear and you can relax in the sunbeds. Like any other all-inclusive package, you can expect the drinks are watered down and buffet doesnt have much options. The snack time have very limited option. The restaurant is big but the bar always has lines. Overall, well value for money as you get to enjoy nice beach. Staffs are friendly. Shower rooms are very limited and dirty.

From the moment we arrived the staff that met us off the water taxi were welcoming and friendly with complimentary drinks upon arrival. All staff throughout our 10 night stay were very friendly and helpful all the time. The resort itself is out of this world. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10, staff can constantly be seen cleaning up any debris including dead leaves that have fallen from trees etc, our room was cleaned upto 3 times a day. During our stay we saw some amazing wildlife without having to go off the island which included sharks, stingrays, bats, herons, to name a few! The main food diner again was always well stocked with fresh food, waiters in the restaurant couldn’t do enough for you. Chavana Spa, Very professionalmasseuse, whit calming and enjoyable erea. they were whery were polite and well behave, the rooms were very clean and smelled great. This erea makes our experience more pleasent. The drink, food, and staff were awesome!

This was our first trip to the Maldives and something that had been in our wish list for decades. From landing at the the airport is was all a great experience. Be prepared to hang about while other flights arriving in Male we don’t mind people watching so not a problem for us. The 45mins boat ride was an experience in itself! It’s loud and fast but you get to see so many different islands it forms part of our holiday. When you arrive at the island you are welcomed by staff with a big sign. Reception is open plan with sand on the floor so you really do take your shoes off as you step onto the island and don’t have to put them on again until you leave. We arrived before we could check in so they directed us to the bar. Again all open and basically on the beach. It wasn’t long before we could get into our room. The room was and amazing water bungalow with a view of the sea as far as you could see! Walking across all the jetty walkways you get to see an array of sea-life including sharks and rays. This never got old and we stayed for 12 nights. People have commented on some of the rooms being tired and yes you could say that but it really didn’t impact our stay. We did have an issue with the toilet but they were so good at responding and stuck with it until it was fixed. They did offer us another newly decorated room but we chose to stay out as we loved the views and the position of the bungalow. Housekeeping were so attentive and helpful. Everyone was very enthusiastic and took time out to show my husband the sharks sleeping at night under the walkways. We also had some lovely bed art left for us too. The food was good. Lots of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. You get allocated your table at the start of our holiday so you always have a table. If you want to change it, do it straight away. They were very accommodating when we wanted to move. Lots of meat and vegetarian options as you would expect. Curries too, extremely good. Deserts are not the best, and probably the only part of this holiday we felt was below par. However good for the waistline! This island is great if you are looking for a very chilled out holiday. It takes 15mins to walk round! There are activities available but we didn’t use them. I did use the spa which was brilliant. I purchased a deal at the start of the holiday as a treat and it really was. The ladies working there are so nice and are great fun when you take the time to talk to them. I ended up having around 7 hours of treatments which on this island was perfect. We had the opportunity to spend our final two nights on another one of their islands. It was a more prestigious location but, being honest, we regretted leaving. We found it to be less personal and we’d been made to feel so welcome on this island we wished we had stay here until our holiday is ended. We had the best time here. We will definitely go back. It was the best holiday we have had and all the staff played a massive part in making this

The island is tiny and the beach is very small due to erosion . The rooms are small , old and almost without view due to trees . No pool . The all inclusive alcohol it’s very low cost brand and the nice one must be paid a part . Food is not bad but was not rotating along the week . People is nice but guest reception not particularly. We woked up at 5 to depart at 6 ….waiting at the reception 45 minutes . The evening before the departure day I was knocked at the door at 10 pm ( wake up at 5 ) to pay the bill since no cashier available at 6 am the day after . The beach was full of pieces of tiles coming from some maintenance work ….abandoned into the beach or under the trees . We asked to clean it ….nobody cared . Same for maintence work …always at 7 am while customers was sleeping . Every afternoon the tourist boat was refueled close to the main beach and the gasoline smell was coming by the beach . I complaint and they watching at me smiling without looking for an alternative . Same for fumigation ….always starting at sunset …from the beach bar where people was sipping a sunset drink …. Basically the island is used for the local monkey business activities…regardless of the people there for vacation which pay thousand of dollars . Finally ….if you want to go in an island where there is nothing to do rather then lay on the beach chair all day…. This is the place to be . Reef is beautiful by the way

Amazing stay! First I’d like to say all of the staff are excellent, so helpful, friendly and well mannered. They make you feel very welcome. On this note a special thank you to Mr. Roshan who went above our expectations and also Mr. Bibo who is the entertainer, we took some zumba and water aerobics class and he was so much fun! Second, the nature here is amazing! If you enjoy snorkeling try swimming right next to the restaurant, there is some beautiful corals full of fish, the occasional shark (not dangerous i promise) Third, cleaning staff were amazing our room was always kept tidy. Food was also very good, alot of variety and options! We cant wait to come back, Diego & Marina

Fabulous location, beautiful clear sea with so much sea life to look just sitting in the water or by snorkelling. Accommodation was good and plenty to choose from at the restaurant. A fantastic relaxing week spent here and would recommend to others. We loved that it wasn’t a huge island with lots of people. A couple of points to improve on though, not sure if it was just our waiter but he wasn’t particularly friendly, never rude just not very chatty or smiley. Didn’t find any of the staff particularly friendly and all reviews kept pointing out how good they were. Other point is that although we didn’t leave the island until 5pm apparently we weren’t entitled to lunch that day, only the snacks and they didn’t come out until 4.30pm, this was quite disappointing. Despite this we loved our trip here 😊

Rannalhi is the perfect resort! I do recommend, drinks and food were amazing. Exellent custoumer service! Zumba was fun and the teacher also joined!
