Very irresponsible front desk staff.i faced two terrible situations with one night stay itself 1) we booked for a premium room for one day stay ***** with the film City package.nearly 15000 I had paid for 1 night before 3 weeks itself. I asked for a king size bed room but they gave me room having twin bed which are not connected with each other.i told to change that room but they showed me interconnected room.i was not comfortable with interconnected room. Then the front desk staff told me that in that hotel premium rooms with king size bed are all interconnected or else we have to take the room with 2 single bed.so as we have to stay for the night we had to compromise with the sitara facilities. 2) we ordered a cab through sitara front desk. They gave me a cab to drop me at my destination. I paid 2500 to the driver. But unfortunately some luggage was inside car front seat itself. We forgot to take it out.As sitara front desk didn't give me driver's number at cab booking,I called sitara front desk for driver's number. At that time they told me that they are not having that driver's number and they provided me with Srinivasa travels reception number and it was not attended. I contacted them back and they didn't attend my call. After calling continuously they attended and told that they are trying to contact sreenivas travels as they are not having the particular driver's number whom was arranged by sitara front desk staff itself. So if anything cause in middle sitara is not able to trace out what happened to their customer to whom they have arranged the cab facility The front desk staff is so irresponsible so that none will book rooms in sitara the second time So my humble request to everyone is that please do not book rooms in sitara unless you are ok with twin bed rooms or connected rooms. Moreover please don't book cab through sitara because they don't even know the driver's number who is picking or dropping you
