"Check in was at 3 pm on Friday Sept 8th 2026,  To start off, booked room well in advanced, for wife’s birthday. Arrived at hotel at 2:55 pm, Was informed that room would not be ready for another 15-20 min, while other people checked in and went to rooms. Then when I was informed room was ready. Was told that there was no card key available to enter room. Because key machine was down and anytime I wanted to enter my room a staff member would have to escort me to my room. Which I found this to be major inconvenience for my wife and I. Then mysteriously a card room key was available. Curtains in room were torn off curtain rod , refrigerator was not cooling properly,      Breakfast buffet was not properly maintained and stocked, in the note that guest had to wait on replenishment of food and eating utensils.     With experience we had I would not stay or recommend this particular hotel"

"Service - Not impressed, front desk staff was not friendly. Did not give good run down to amenities and breakfast- which lead to “free breakfast” getting billed $20 pp then front desk staff saying I should have had vouchers (which weren’t given at check in) this got resolved but wasn’t handled well. Pool is not great, the cement is broken in so many places - we thought the “kiddy area” mushroom wasn’t working- after asking, the front desk argued that the only way it works is if they turn it on and we should have just asked .. that isn’t listed anywhere. Once asking they said we were just told to turn it off by someone else, so what do you need? UMM.. to turn it on, obviously!  Only 1 elevator worked, that was a big inconvenience with wait times. Not worth the money. Over $500 for 2 nights. Wouldn’t stay again. Pictures are not accurate!!"
