We had a fabulous stay at ITC Mementos Udaipur! The property is stunning and the service is the best. We spent so much time at the property itself. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Ani at the entrance would always greet us with a smile and make sure we had water each time we stepped outside. Prasansha, Roshni and Anirudh in front was always there to assist.

Property was so nice and everyone was so cooperative Roshni did a wonderful job she’s help during my stay with anniversary celebration and she’s such a polite girl Maitri was so nice and helped alot thanku team I m so happy with the hospitality and the entire team

It was a good stay. The food is great. Jitendra at front desk and other staff are very helpful ,welcoming and coordinating. Overall it was a great experience staying here. Would definitely recommend.. 😊

The stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience of all my most favourite part was the view I must say the view over there was commendable and the environment was peaceful and staffs were very friendly if you are looking for a stay this is the best option you can get in Udaipur :) I personally loved my stay

My dining experience at Mementos by ITC in Udaipur was exceptional. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes with great local flavors. Equally impressive was the front desk staff; they were welcoming, efficient, and always ready to assist with any requests. This combined excellence in dining and service made my stay thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommended for their hospitality and cuisine!
