It was a nice and comfortable stay. Staff was generous, service was quick, rooms are big and clean. Specially their food was awesome. Pool, room service, wifi all are there. 5mins walk from hotel to Nagaon beach. Thanks for such a warm hospitality.

1)You can't park your car in there premises if you do so then they will ask you every hour to move it as there is no such space. 2) Hotel owner shinde is so rude and if you ask go to him and complain he will shout at you back and his attitude is like rehna hai to raho and not ready to understand issue 3) If AC is not working he will blame us that we if you keep door open how will ot work (as if we never use it) 4) We kept cold drink to chill he deny to give it back as everybody was sleeping 5) You can't use pool after 7 pm If you want to have an extremely bad day the book The Blue Sea

Hello
the experience was so worst. The room was untidy, pillow covers were oily and dirty. Breakfast was available after 10 am they not even entertained tea to us before 10am
they switched off the ac from main switch which was so ridiculous. No wifi network available. This was the worst experience i ever had with makemy trip

Booked a large room and the owner denied that he had mistakenly kept that open so four people have to adjust in small room. Secondly he also stated that if u can't adjust than leave the hotel and take full refund. Than when asked for extra stuff he was rude enough to deny that. Very bad experience.

Converted staffs room with no cupboards( was locked. Kept my clothes bags etc outside the same. Drawers were also occupied with hotel stuff. No warm water in bathroom. When asked for cupboard space owner Mr shirk e replied rudely that u can cancel & leave.
