Just returned from our third stay at this amazing resort. We arrived at the resort after 11pm, so we had to check in at the Family side of this resort. It was fast, and they put us in a golf cart and took us to our room. We had a lovely meat and Cheese plate and some sparkling wine waiting for us! What a lovely way to start our vacation. We stayed for 10 days, and we were in Bldg 15, lower level, Coral Suite. The food and booze were plentiful, we did not experience any shortages. There had been some mention that the water had a funny taste, but we did not find anything wrong with it. We dined at the Japanese, the Mediterranean and The Gourmet. All were very good this year. Our butlers Laritza and Junior are simply the best. Always checking in and making sure our every need is met. The bartenders, Jander, Julio, Hector, Lisette, William, and the pool bartenders Dayana and Alexander, thank you! The serving staff on the Coral side, Maria, Yasmine, Yanisbel to name a few, are always attentive! Our maid Edianis (?), our room was always immaculate, Thank you! And the managers (Neorge), always stopping to check in when they are doing their tours around the resort. If you have an opportunity to get a massage, I highly recommend it. We had a couples massage and Rogelio and Yamila, are fabulous. This resort is very quiet, not much going on at night. It's the perfect place to unwind. It wouldn't be an honest review, if I did not include some items that were less than perfect. My only real complaints that the WIFI is very spotty, there are no cushions on the wood loungers (people are taking their cushions from their loungers on the patios to use), and the cushions on the patios are really showing the wear from the elements. Did any of this affect my enjoyment of the trip, not at all, but if improvements could be made, that is my suggestion. We are booked for Feb 2025, and cannot wait to see everyone again, thank you to all!
