This is a basic overnight hotel which is very conveniently located to the airport (10-15 minute drive). If you are arriving and need the hotel shuttle, go to the second floor and wait by Gate 4 (the entrance way, to the right of the door). There are lots of signs for hotels and you should spot the name of this one (or ask). The cost is 120 baht each way and available 24-hours. If you are after an affordable overnight hotel with a paid shuttle service, this is definitely an option. The small hotel restaurant had some decent dishes and the staff were nice and friendly.

The hotel is a great place to stay, especially if you're just there for airport purposes. We got in late, around 9:00 PM and the restaurant was open, and we had a lot of great food! Live singer as well They do their absolute best to provide a top notch experience. We had one issue where there was a loud noise which occurred around every 10-15 minutes in our room and mosquitos. It was about midnight and every time we went to go to sleep, it happened again, waking us up. The first maintenance guy brought bug spray and listened for the noise but of course didn't happen while he was there, (he didn't stay long enough!) so the manager called and we were insistent. So he sent two more hotel staff for ”as long as we wanted them to stay” and we all ended up sitting in the room quietly until it happened again. Finally they heard what we were talking about and made efforts to repair it - something in the AC duct. Anyway, they sincerely do everything they can to ensure a great stay. I'd go back, but make sure they put in mosquito plugins!

The room that I stay fortunately has soap for use. On my previous stays, I could not find Miracle soap in their shower rooms. Food including lunch is not oily. Wonderful staff that allows me to check-out after 6.30 pm on the second day of stay in order to return home to take care of my father. I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for those in overnight transit. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle service available at the hotel to the airport at a reduced price from the average taxi. The pool and gym are of a impressive size and gym is well equipped, I totally loved the 24 hrs restaurant as the menu had a huge variety of delicious food.

Hôtel is very Nice, front desk Manager was very good , we reservate room that normally on trip.com was with pool view but at the front desk they told us that it was normal room , but they upgrade us exceptionally ! Thank you . Tao

However, I did find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel to be slightly less efficient. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall convenience of the shuttle service adds to the hotel's appeal. Le Meridien Bangkok Airport offers an oasis of tranquility and luxury, making me wish my stays could be longer. Its idyllic setting, exceptional amenities, and impeccable service create an environment that nurtures relaxation and well-being. For those seeking an escape from the demands of travel, this hotel provides the perfect respite. Excellent short-term stay. 10-20 min shuttle bus to and from airport. Professional helpful staff. I enjoyed the jazz duo music at the lobby lounge. 25 min taxi trip to MegaBangna. Shop till you drop. Peace away from hassles of Bangkok city. The Ma Spa is very good for relaxing after or before your flight. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to rest between long flights.

Staff Ms they were very pleasant after check in and gave me a room with balcony. Lots of space, refrigerator and cool air. Very clean and spacious room. The TV has 100 channels including movies, NHK, news and sports. Lady Maid/Mamma san is very happy to have bought a curry rice at 25 baht and let them eat dishes and knives. Local food open until 11pm. 7 11 is open all night. There is a small restaurant next to the hotel with beer, ice and drinks. Take a local taxi about 90 baht from the airport. No mini bus, about 11 minutes from Suvarnabhumi. Airport

Service from some staff was good (Help from staff carrying my bags and showing my room and taking me to the airport) reception staff wasn’t very friendly. Kitchen staff who took orders didn’t speak English so they didn’t understand what I wanted to order for lunch to eat. Nice swimming pool and room was nice and spacious. Loved the bathroom with tub.

Second time in this hotel. The first time I had a really bad experience and a big problem with our conditioning and I had to leave late at night for the nearby Méridien. I wanted to give it a second try . This time I had a great experience . Wonderful experience with airport shuttle . Check-in was nice. Apartment was very big , I had a two bedroom just for myself. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with shower. The master bedroom had a huge bathroom with a shower and a bath. I had a Jacuzzi on the balcony , however, the water was very slow so I could only fill half the tube because it was taking too long, but the view was gorgeous from there, and it was very quiet. This time the air-conditioning was working perfectly . There is also a kitchen area with coffee, machine and water boiler . And of course there is a living area. I have to say that this time I had a really good stay and that makes me willing to come back .
