The location is very good to find near the museum, the hotel staff are also very nice and friendly, the breakfast is good, the staff is very friendly and will communicate with us to learn Chinese, the people they meet on the trip are kind and people Feel warm.

Super super good! The reception desk, and the restaurant's little friends are super good. I always go to the bar to have hot water instant noodles. Hahaha, they are particularly interested in my instant noodles. I ordered Loup and sent me to the room to eat, delicious! Let the front desk help us book the taxi in advance, go downstairs at 5 am, and the staff is on duty at the front desk, really thank you! The room is also super clean, much better than I thought, love this sofa, I don't want to go home hahaha

A very convenient Riad in Rabat downtown. Staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms are very clean, spacious and with comfy beds! The breakfast was very tasty!! A nice place to stay with family for a short stay at a very affordable price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved our stay at this calming space in Rabat. Unfortunately we were only there for one night, but the room was comfortable, staff was very friendly, and the dar was easy to access. Stayed in the Camel room - perfect for two of us. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again!

After 18 hours flight from HK to Rabat, we arrived at this hotel. The hotel interiors are good and comfortable but my room is a bit out of maintenance. The toilet looks dilapidated. But, the towels were clean. The carpet is old. We could smell odd. The aircon control is not functioning well. The bed reading lamps are not working. Inside the room, the light is dim and the corridor lights are automatically on/off depending on subject movements. So, when you sitting in the sofa, the corridor light is out and the room is a bit dark. You cannot control it. It does not make sense to have such set-up inside the room! Luckily, the dinner foods were delicious. We ordered the lamb and fish as main dish, which were well cooked. Breads matched with my taste and I loved eating them.

1. Travel preparations The evening before I had booked via the Ctrip APP and got the room confirmation. I drove to the hotel the next day but couldn't find the proof of reservation. We were physically and mentally exhausted after 6 hours of long-distance bus travel and continued to wait for the hotel to check the place for more than an hour. I was told that the reason the hotel didn't have a record was that Ctrip local agents had not booked a room with the hotel before. I was very disappointed with Ctrip Dienst, which has nothing to do with the hotel. 2. Hotel rating Location: The location is in the old town of Medina. The market is a few minutes walk from the hotel. It is very convenient. The main attractions of Rabat are also within walking distance or a maximum of 5-10 minutes by car, however the hotel itself may not be easy to find (usually there is a widespread problem that the old building in riad has been rebuilt because they are all hidden in private houses), it is recommended that the driver (if any) take the same to the hotel, or ask the hotel staff to come out for a pickup, this is safest Surroundings: You can see that the hotel owner has put a lot of effort into combining the classic and modern elements of Morocco when designing the floor plan. It is most apt to refer to it as ”fancy”. The room was originally equipped with a tablet computer to intelligently control the room's lighting, air conditioning, etc. The bespoke software is only in French and it is not easy to use. and the function is also problematic (you cannot adjust the temperature of the air conditioner), which can be operated in a very simple way, but has to be dealt with in a complicated way There is no splash-proof design in the bathroom. After showering the entire bathroom was very wet and the entire wall was covered with traces of mold. The hotel ignored the details. The lights on the wall were at an angle and the TV set was also placed at an angle. i don't know why it came out In general, I don't know whether the people who gave high scores have eye problems or a higher level of acceptance than I. The service and the location of the hotel are overall full marks, but I think the room furnishings are absolutely unqualified and the price / performance ratio is absolutely unqualified extremely low.

Another hotel arranged from our guided tour but pleasant experience to me. - Room: as some complained, room is small (think of San Fran hotel rooms with price x4 more) but livable with modern bathroom and even includes balcony to sit and do people watching, city lights. - Service, restaurant: nothing to complaint. When my safety box went crazy, they came and fix it right away. Breakfast buffet is included; warm, a lot of variety and probably the best on my trip (although it is rated as 3 stars). For dinner ordered by our tour manager, they were extremely generous and instead of giving choice of your appetizer and dessert, they gave away both options to all of us. A nice gentleman also played guitar during the dinner. Location: Very convenient, literally next to the central train station. City park, modern market and medina also close by. Museums are also within walking distance. Nice restaurants with various price tags are also on city park. Rabat has more to offer than you think. Yes, hotel as a whole is smallish in size and thus rooms are too. But I will gladly stay again compared to horrible hotel in Tucson airport I just reviewed (and costed 2 1/2 times more at $125!)

Stayed for one night as part of a tour group . When you arrive there is a vibrant seating area with lime green / teal decor . It looks lovely. There was a nice view from our room but we didn’t plan to spend long in it . Sadly it was downhill from there. The beds had to be the hardest we have ever slept on . There was no spare bedding that you could use to lay on. I had requested a walk in shower but had a room with a shower over the bath , maybe they don’t have rooms with just showers . There was no safe in the room . We were not informed at Reception that we would need to register our credit/ debit card if we wanted to charge anything to our room .This led to a heated exchange with a staff member in the bar , who told me the bar only accepted cash . Some customer service training is needed here. Dinner & Breakfast were included . Food was not wonderful, tables weren’t cleared between courses. Food wasn’t refilled when dishes were almost empty. Rabat looks a lovely city & there must be much better hotels than this one .
