It’s located in a nice neighbourhood adjacent to the best shopping mall in Quito. Staff are courteous and offers nice breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel on my first day in Quito. It is a well-established five-star hotel with complete facilities and warm service. However, it is a bit difficult to communicate in spoken language. The food is OK. White people's food is so monotonous everywhere, and the taste cannot be compared with Chinese food. The hotel has good security, which has dispelled my worries about Ecuador.

It was very good, but the interesting thing is that the hotel overcharged me 100 dollars, and they didn't answer the phone when I contacted them. Later, Ctrip paid me 100 dollars. This is incredible.

Next to the former Mexican Embassy. It was experiencing power cuts. Overall, it was a good stay for the second time. Good breakfast. Prices are high.

The room was nice, the breakfast was good, but the check-in time was strictly limited to 3pm

Good service, clean and sanitary

Next to the hotel is a large shopping trust, which is very convenient for shopping and shopping. The back door of the hotel is the Mexican embassy. It is very convenient to check in the hotel if you apply for a visa.

Not bad, but the cup is a little thicker, the gym is not bad, the breakfast is ok, the environment is very good, the location is very close to the big shopping mall, I will go again, overall it is good

International flights from the USA to Ecuador typically arrive in Quito in the middle of the night. Then I go to the Sheraton Quito Hotel for a good night's sleep before I continue my journey. Quiet room, comfortable bed, hospitable staff. And the breakfast buffet is outstanding.

Had a really nice stay here. Amenities were good and the staff were very attentive and super friendly. I especially appreciated my man Alejandro from the housekeeping staff, always put a smile on my face talking to him in the morning during what was otherwise a pretty stressful work trip. Only gripe was the lack of water at the gym which is accentuated by the fact most guests wouldn’t be acclimated enough to the flora in the water to drink tap water.

A very modern, functional and well-designed venue, ca. 30-40 minutes drive from the airport. Friendly reception staff. The room was originally prepared for a single person use, yet – once claimed – was mitigated reasonably quickly. Well-equipped executive lounge at the 10th floor. Nicely decorated breakfast area, with reasonable selection of food and beverages. Located in Quito’s center, direct proximity to a large shopping mall and the Olympic Stadium. A hop on-off bus stop (Quito Tour Bus) is just a 3-minute walk.
