Hotels near Centro Comercíal Cumbayá, Quito

We had a very early flight out of Quito and needed a hotel fairly close to the airport just to sleep for a few hours before taking off. We booked Ilalo Garden Hotel because it stated it was ”7 miles from Mariscal Sucre Airport.” We trusted that this information was accurate, however it ended up being more like 15-20 miles, about a 30-40 min drive depending on traffic, which is why I docked them a point. Aside from this, the hotel itself was nice. It is located in a residential area and family owned. Very modern, clean, and safe. It offers a restaurant and little shop to buy local natural goods. We did dine at the restaurant, and while decent, the language barrier created a bit of a confusion and we ended up with items we didn't order, and some incorrect modifications, but I really can't hold this against them. Nice large selection of items though, including wine and beer. The rooms themselves are great. Modern, with very comfortable beds, Tv's, and a safe. They offer a little coffee and water station on each floor which is a nice touch. Bathrooms are spacious with nice high pressure showers and local products for use. My only complaint with the rooms was the plumbing. Our neighbor was taking a shower around 9pm, and it was extremely loud in our room. My guess is the pipes might not be the best, as I have never really encountered this issue in a hotel before. Wifi here was the fastest we encountered in Ecuador, which was a huge plus. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They were nice enough to arrange a driver for us at our 3am departure to the airport. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Nice, modern and comfortable with good service

el Hotel se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y segura , facilidad para caminar a cualquier hora también las habitaciones son amplias y las camas son cómodas no escuchas ruido en la noche pues esto hace que puedas descansar , el servicio de los trabajadores te hacen sentir como en casa . Sin duda volvería

Every time I go to Ecuador on business, I stay at this hotel. It is as comfortable as ever. Now that the power outage in Ecuador has been temporarily resolved, the hotel rooms have been readjusted and the space is much larger than before.

good surroundings, taxi station across the street but 20 min walk form metro station, a lot of dining places around and a big commercila mall wothin 10 minutes walking, room equipment is OK.

Very good location, Clean , good facilities , Breakfast fantastic . Definitively i will go back again for my next stay in Quito

Not bad, the cup is a little thick, the gym is not bad, the breakfast is OK, the environment is very good, the location is very close to the big mall, will go again, overall very good

Located in the best area of Quito, there is a largest supermarket 200 meters away from eating noodles and shopping, and the subway is about 500 meters away, which is safe.

The environment is beautiful, the conditions are very good, the breakfast is self-service, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. It is worth recommending.
