3 Star Hotels in Quy Nhon

Hotel is clean, near the beach, a large room, there is a cooking opportunity. The only thing can be noisy as living in a family with small children and no sound isolation. Also, there may be no normal cooking dishes in the kitchen.

This could be a great hotel, but isn’t yet. The building is new and interesting, the rooftop area is good. But there are some problems. The ants in the toilet, not a big thing, but staff should have noticed. The room not being cleaned/made-up one day, that just happens sometimes. But: 1) A hotel with these pretensions needs a bar. 2) The breakfast buffet was by far the worst of the 5 we saw in Vietnam, very little fresh fruit or fruit juice, options running out and not being replaced. Unappetising hot dishes. I love eating good Vietnamese food at breakfast, this wasn’t it. 3) The staff all seem a bit lost and uncertain. Yes this is a new hotel… but get some staff with experience who know how a hotel runs! No big mistakes, just general cluelessness and vagueness, except from one excellent female receptionist. All this could be sorted if key members of the team went and stayed a few days in a good hotel, so they knew what they were aspiring to.

The room is clean, airy and luxurious, the sea view is very nice, the stay is very comfortable, the staff is enthusiastic. Overall it is worth staying and having the opportunity to come back.

The hotel was newly built with acceptable inferior and facility for a 3-star hotel. I was feel very sorry for the hotel because it is right in the middle of different constructions around, so it is very noisy and dirty. The breakfast was ok for local with not many choices. Hotel staffs were nice and friendly.

Our family stayed here for one week. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, especially the front desk. The buffet breakfast was decent. There were several things we were not happy about and hope that the hotel will work to improve it. One problem is that the hallways on each floor is an open-air concept, so noise from the busy street gets echoed throughout the hotel. We were there during the end of the wet season so it rained quite a bit, allowing mosquitoes to come in. The hotel is on the corner of a busy street and near some karaoke bars so there was loud music playing every night until midnight. The open-air concept definitely doesn’t help block out the noise. The second problem is the smoking. For some reason the hotel allows guests to smoke inside. There are ashtrays in every room. On many nights the smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms travelled to our rooms through the air vents. It was very unpleasant. Housekeeping was also interesting. One morning they knocked on the door at 7am to clean our room but we were still asleep. The service should be improved. One of our rooms had ants so rooms had to be changed. This service needs improvement as rooms aren’t really cleaned every day. Overall because this is a fairly new hotel it definitely still needs some work. Hope this review helps management improve the service.

The apartment is beautiful, the mattress I like the most, the mattress is very soft. There is also a good washing machine, with a basic kitchen. City Center day. In front there is a pretty good fish smoke restaurant, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, The whole family had a lovely experience here. Will be back

Friendly and nice but I was sorry that I didn't run the breakfast buffet because there weren't too many guests.
