Very simple and basic lodging. A fair deal near MRT Gilmore station and Robinsons Magnolia. The place is clean but toiletries are not available in the room so you have to bring your own.

The property overall was okay except for the unit itself. The unit was roach infested in the kitchen cabinets. The sink had a bad odor. The bathroom door was not able to close all the way which lead to the floor being wet.
The ******* listing was misleading because it said that the unit came with a “sofa bed” but when me and my family got to the unit they only provided a single futon. And the futon was not clean. The television barely worked.
If you’re considering this unit for just sleeping and getting ready for the day it’s not too bad IF you can get passed having the unit infested with roaches.

Clean and neat lobby area
Secured building - key card scan required for entry and exit to property.
DISLIKES:
Lack of communication with property staff.
Leaks and plumbing issues with bathroom
Paying additional for the use of swimming pool
My condo unit wasn’t available on day of check in, the inconvenience of moving unit to unit.
No cable TV. Additional daily fees for parking

There were not enough towels to use in the unit as only 2 were supplied and that is definitely not enough to keep clean for everyday use.
The water in the pool was very cold compared to the air temperature. Also there should be steps on the ladder for getting in and out of the pool and not round pipes which is very hard on the underfoot.
The security staff at the front desk were very friendly and great help when it was needed. Highly rated staff.

I had a magnificent view from this apartment. It was clean and the boy was very helpful. Definitely recommend this place for tourists. You’ll enjoy the view of the trains passing over the city.

Its really close to the LRT and shopping malls are within walking distance or short cab ride. There's not much in the way of nightlife or tourist stuff in the area.
