The staff is very friendly. Parking is easy. Restaurants are within walking distance. Located at a large commercial area. The room (nr. 10) was clean. The beds were good. Some suggestions for improvement: Having a room for 2 persons, we would like to have 2 chairs, more important than a rack for the suitcase. Furthermore, The bathroom works, but needs some attention. The tap was working, but somewhat loose. The shower grip should be fastened more tightly.

We had a really nice stay in this hotel. It is very good located,just around the corner from the city center. The room was quiet large and e good alternative to a hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had everything you need. It‘s such a beautiful place and when you read a bit about the history it‘s really interesting.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, with kitchen equipment is very convenient, it is very convenient to walk to the city center in more than ten minutes. The only thing is that there is no water in the room. I asked the front desk to pick it up. The result was a hot water full of dust.

I am more used to 4-star hotels, but I was not disappointed by this very new hotel, for one night during a business trip. The bedroom and shower room are of sufficient size. The closed window soundproofing is effective although in the immediate vicinity of the ring road. The bedding is faultless. The buffet breakfast, classic and with the same products as in other hotel chains. There is private parking in the basement, currently free. Around the hotel, there are many tertiary buildings under construction. As for restaurants, only a McDonald's, a Courtepaille and a Del Arté are available within driving distance. There are no traditional offers nearby. In summary, an excellent choice, value for money: €97.16 per room, breakfast and tourist tax.

We stayed in this hotel en route from the south to Calais. An excellent new property, less than two months old and very convenient for motorway links. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, superb amenities. From the manager down, all of the staff were energetic, invested and keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant in the evening however, was a different story. The menu is best described as an eclectic mix of bad ideas. My wife chose a chicken dish which was worryingly undercooked. Mine was a hamburger, sadly, with equal quantities of cheese and meat. In fairness, the manager readily admitted and agreed the shortcomings, advising that a new chef would be in post within a few weeks. He also confirmed the menu would be reviewed. On that basis, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will be staying again on future trips
