It is a good hotel but a but far from town center, so better be there with own car. Not much facilities such as gym, swimming pool in the hotel, so definitely not for family staying. Dinner is from NZ$99 but can see stunning lake view. Recommends book with lake view.

This is the most amazing place hotel in Queenstown with best views, outdoor jacuzzi, and good restaurants only thing is its a bit off from the main city but totally worth it!

Really liked the off city Centre location, less bustle, lots more character in the fringe, the view of Lake whakatipu and the mountains is great from this vantage point. Service and all is tops, coupled with having a great restaurant in house, highly recommended!

I don't recommend staying here in the past year. The location is far away. It takes 35 minutes to walk to the city center. There is no free shuttle bus. There is a bus at the door. It costs 2 yuan per time (with a bus card) and 4 yuan without a card. There is no free parking space. The hotel is under maintenance and it is very noisy. The view of the hot spring is completely blocked by the construction site. Except for the nice view of the restaurant, there is no highlight. The cost performance is very low. The sound insulation effect of the room is very poor. You can hear the cough of the neighbor next door. It is not recommended.

The scenery is of course also outstanding! After the upgrade, champagne drinks in the minibar refrigerator are free after asking! You have to know the prices in New Zealand.
