Beyond the nice view from the restaurant window, everything else was disappointing. My room opened right onto the parking lot, and despite staying for three nights, I was on the first floor. The booking stated floors 1-2 were random, and when I checked in and asked for a second-floor room, they said my reservation was only for the first floor. Unless you're getting a lake view room, there's no real reason to choose this hotel. You can book dinner at the restaurant, and breakfast is available anytime. There's no need to stay in such an ordinary room just for one window view. The price for this location is definitely unreasonable. I had no other choice at the time as there were no lake-view rooms available. The lake view is indeed beautiful, but you need to sit on the left side of the restaurant. The food is good and the service is great.

The hotel offers great views of the snow-capped mountains and it's only about a 10-minute drive to Queenstown, which is convenient. My only minor complaint is that parking spaces can be limited, especially if you return late in the evening.

The hotel boasts beautiful lake views. The room wasn't huge, but it was packed with thoughtful details, and all the amenities were new and excellent. Breakfast was exquisite and delicious. If you go a bit early, you can even catch the sunrise. However, the bathroom door is only a half-partition, so it can get a bit chilly when showering 🥶. You'll need some time to adjust.

Every day, I looked forward to waking up because the breakfast restaurant has a lake view, and if you wake up early, you can even catch the sunrise! The steak was delicious~~ I stayed for 4 nights and it was very comfortable~ Highly recommended! (It's not in the city center, so you'll need a car).

The hygiene was really bad; the duvet insert was yellow. You can refill your water bottle at the front desk daily. The room was a bit cold, but there was a blanket. The air conditioning was too dry. The parking lot is right outside the door, so privacy is a bit lacking. The service was good. The view was especially beautiful; you could see the Milky Way at night 🌌

This construction site view room was incredibly simple and straightforward, but tiny – comparable to a Japanese hotel room. For the same price, there are so many better options available, both in terms of size and view. Also, many people rave about the breakfast, but I really didn't get it. I ate it for two days and felt unwell both days, with diarrhea and vomiting. There's definitely a food safety issue!
