It's a very classy hotel, with a great location. However the front desk charged the room rates into my credit card which I have make full payment to trip com.

Good choose

This hotel does not offer free Wi-Fi. A message will appear asking for payment when you try to connect; please read carefully before clicking. A bottle of water is provided in the room, but it's not free and costs seven Canadian dollars. Otherwise, it's quite good.

The hotel is very convenient; there's a food street right downstairs where you can buy almost anything. The rooms are spacious enough to comfortably move around even with two large suitcases fully open.

The surrounding environment is convenient, but there is no water provided, which I think is not OK. The front desk is very friendly and will give you a cordial greeting morning and evening. We will also take the initiative to provide surrounding tourist information and introduce surrounding attractions and restaurants.

The service is very friendly. Every time I pass by the front desk, they will come over to see if I need any help. There is a commercial area nearby with everything you need to eat, drink and buy. It is also very convenient to walk to Quebec City Train Station in 10 minutes.

The room is big and nice, the bed is comfortable, the facilities are average, the hotel is old, the hygiene is OK; without advance reservation, the price is relatively high, the hotel does not provide slippers, you need to prepare them yourself; the hotel provides toothbrush and toothpaste but you need to go to the front desk to get them, the quality of the toothbrush is really poor; the hotel is not far from the castle, there are many restaurants nearby, overall it is OK.
