The location of this B&B is really good, inside West Street, and it is very convenient to travel. We booked 2 rooms, which was just right for 2 families with children. The children were very happy, and the front desk guy was also very enthusiastic. The top floor also has a view of West Street. The price-performance ratio is also very high. It is a B&B that exceeded expectations.

The second stop of the Fujian tour was booked a week before the Spring Festival. I wanted to live near West Street, but I didn't want to live in a homestay. After reading the location and reviews, I made an order decisively. Facilities: All the necessary facilities are available, including smart room control, sufficient air conditioning, and the room is very warm after two hours of hot air. A full set of Arrow bathroom, smart toilet, and dry and wet separation of bathroom. The designer considers the needs of urban players. Environment: Close to West Street, it is very convenient for shopping. But there are gains and losses. The car cannot drive to the door of the hotel. Although there is a small white car, it is not so convenient after all. During the Spring Festival, traffic control was implemented, and the online car-hailing pick-up point was about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Hygiene: Because it is a new hotel, the infrastructure is pretty good. The bedding is thick and clean. The bathroom is well maintained, and everything is good at present. But the cleaning of the room still has a lot of room for improvement according to the star rating and vision of the hotel. Dust on the ground, carpet stains, floating dust in corners, window cleaning frequency, etc. The key is that the daily cleaning is not very good. Because I booked 3 nights, I went back at 5 pm the next day, and the room was not cleaned yet; the floor towels were not provided the next day, and the power card inserted in the room was taken away. Service: Very good! Feel at home! SMS reminder the night before check-in to confirm the itinerary and arrival time. Because of traffic control, it is very considerate to inform the traffic route. The check-in process is smooth and professional, greetings every day, travel guidance, and responsive; every day when I return to the hotel, there is a ”warm sweet soup” to entertain. Once again, special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Li and Zhuang Zhuang for their enthusiastic service, which makes this trip more colorful. And, I must say that the restaurant service is first-class. There are not many breakfast options, but the waiters are enthusiastic and the table is closed quickly. Because of them every morning, a passionate day begins. The coffee and coconut curry sauce for breakfast are really good, worthy of the foundation of a Nanyang restaurant. 😁 If you are willing to measure the style of this ancient city with your feet, then this is your best choice. Everything is within reach, warm service, accessible culture, delicious food and what you want. …. I will stay here again next time😁

Hotel is near Xi Jie, walking distance to Kai Yuan Shi (250m). Lots of food around the area. Cars are not accessible to the hotel, have to drag the luggage a bit (2500m) from the main road. Hotel doesn't have lift but I was given Ground floor so it's alright for me. As it's not directly at Xi Jie, it's very quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel is located in a central prime location in a busy but relatively quiet side street, very convenient and close to everything you ever need. Plenty of attractions,restaurants, cafes and places of interest all within walking distance. We had a fantastic time here in Quanzhou with superb and hospitable weather all through the week, no withstanding the taiphoon passing nearby. The facilities are modern, even an inhouse cafe/ restaurant which provides prompt services with near perfect tasty food and drinks. The room service on the low desk in the room made it the best and most memorable dining experience we had during the mini honeymoon. See the photos attached. The staff esp the reception, even the cleaners, went out of the way to attend to every needs and request from us, always with a smile and highly professional disposition. I personally saw how they handled a particularly difficult client with such grace and calmness, which settled the impasse pretty promptly. I saw the client a few days later who was full of smiles, satisfaction and appreciation of the level of comfort and services she received. I couldn't have been happier the 4 days staying and could have extended more days had there been rooms available. But I promise to return when the first opportunity avail itself. The only suggestion I can give is to make the slippery floor in the toilet more slip resistant. Perhaps with some thin layer of anti slip mat whenever requested by more senior clients like me. I was extra careful going in and out each time, as the water ponded easily there .

I came to Quanzhou Ancient Town for a tour during the Spring Festival and stayed in this homestay for two nights. The experience was particularly good! Excellent location: The homestay is right in the center of the ancient town. You can feel the strong southern Fujian style when you go out. You can walk to various ancient streets and snack stalls in a few steps. It is also very convenient to go to popular attractions such as Kaiyuan Temple and West Street. You can also fall asleep with the tranquility of the ancient town at night, which is really comfortable. Super beautiful environment: There are green plants planted on the balcony of the homestay, a long table, and a swing. The room is very warmly decorated, the bed is soft and comfortable, and I slept very well at night. Intimate service: The young lady is very enthusiastic and carefully recommended us many niche check-in spots and gourmet restaurants frequented by locals. Follow their recommendations and there is no thunder at all. Next time I come to Quanzhou, I will definitely stay here again!
