JI Hotel Properties in Quanzhou

Quanji hotels never disappoints us while travelling in China. Our first experience of this hotel in Shanghai was not great as the there are some problems in the rooms. In Quanzhou it was good. Amenities are in good condition, toilet clean, room clean and good location. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The exterior of the hotel was pretty nice, and upon entering the front doors, my sis and I were warmly greeted by the hotel staff at the reception. As our room was not ready yet, we were given a free upgrade to a bigger room which I’m really grateful for, since we have just ended our tiresome day and wanted a good rest, which came true in this hotel! The beds were comfy, the amenities were adequate, and there was stable wifi in the room :) Whatsmore I love that the toilet and the shower were separated which kept things really neat and tidy. Overall really worth every penny, insanely affordable for the stay.

The hotel's service and cleanliness are excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, with a great wet-and-dry bathroom setup. Parking is very convenient as they have a partnership with the underground parking lot across the street. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The location is perfect for exploring - Fuzi Temple, Qingjing Mosque, and Guanyue Temple are all within walking distance. For Kaiyuan Temple, Mazu Temple, and Chengtian Temple, I recommend taking the 'Little White Car' (local shuttle). It's incredibly convenient, costs only two yuan per person, and offers point-to-point service within the ancient city, saving you a lot of walking.

I fell in love with this hotel the moment I checked in! The lobby is stylish and inviting, a real eye-catcher. The room decor is unique, with thoughtful details that create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Cleanliness is excellent, with every area spotlessly clean and tidy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The staff is professional and friendly, and any needs are promptly addressed. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this is a perfect choice!

I booked this Ji Hotel mainly because it was advertised as being opposite the high-speed rail station. However, I didn't expect the road construction around the hotel to be so extensive. It was impossible to walk there; even a 1-kilometer distance required a taxi, and taxis weren't particularly convenient. A taxi driver quoted a flat rate of 15 yuan, which I could have easily paid to stay at another Ji Hotel in the city center. Why choose this hotel, only to have to take a taxi to the city center again the next day? Although the receptionist explained that the high-speed rail station had removed their directional signs, I don't think that's an excuse for not informing customers beforehand. They should have called ahead to inform customers of the surrounding area. When I stayed at the Ji Hotel in Nanchang, there was construction going on upstairs during the day, so the front desk called me before check-in to inform me about the potential noise and whether I wanted to confirm my stay. I think you should learn from this. Furthermore, when I requested that this situation be reported to my supervisor and that I receive a response, no one informed me of the follow-up the next day. As far as customer complaint procedures go, there was absolutely no follow-up.

I booked it on Ctrip, which is convenient and has discounts. Newly renovated, the room is overall very good, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Some details in the room have been improved, making it convenient and practical. The front desk was very welcoming and the hotel is very close to the station. Overall it is worth recommending.

The location is very good, very close to the ancient city and Xiapu Village, very convenient! The facilities in the room are also very complete, the bedding is very comfortable, and you don't have to worry about not having enough water when staying at All Seasons. There is plenty of drinking water in the room. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and enthusiastic. There is a Michelin recommended restaurant downstairs, which is convenient for checking in. There is a large table on the first floor for takeaways and tea. The breakfast was very rich and the uncle who cooked noodles was very enthusiastic. The laundry room on the second floor can be used to wash and dry clothes. A very good travel experience. If I have the opportunity to visit Quanzhou again in the future, I will choose to stay here.

Clean and tidy, with a light fragrance and considerate service, the main focus is on cost-effectiveness. The last time I stayed at the All Seasons was when I went to Shanghai on a business trip in 2015. Now they have opened a store next to their home, the style is still the same, and behind is the Shaolin Temple.

The hotel smells great as soon as you enter! It smells good. Check-in was smooth. The room facilities are new. It was very quiet when checking in. The air conditioning is also very fast. The hot water is also very large. The hygiene is also very good. Recommended to stay

My favorite hotel to stay in when I come to the south is the Ji Hotel! Clean, simple and stylish, with thoughtful service! This time, we were given three breakfasts, with rich dishes and local specialties! The noodles are really delicious! I will stay at the Ji Hotel again next time I come to Quanzhou! This hotel also has a gym and a laundry room, which is really comprehensive! It's a little Japanese and exquisite!
