環境不錯，室內裝修給人一種舒適的感覺，老闆人很好也很熱情，態度親切，讓人感受到賓至如歸的待遇。設施完善，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪柔軟舒適，一夜好眠，衞生清潔工作做得很到位，房間整潔乾淨設施齊全 很好的一次旅行!

這個酒店就是服務員的接待態度我滿意，因為在學生區，不好找，那個年輕服務員騎着電動車下來接我，還幫我提箱子，安排住宿，仔細交代，我離開時還微笑送我，又幫我提行李箱。這個房間是改裝的，面積並不小，像是年輕夫婦住過的過渡房，有房間，小廳，但是衞生間很小，設施差遣人意。這些我都可以忍受，畢竟價格那麼便宜，春節期間出行我又訂不到酒店。最不滿意的就是衞生清潔。被子床單臟兮兮的，肯定是沒有換過。我感覺很不舒服，幾欲離開不住。考慮到時間已過，攜程已經不能退單，我衹好醒着頭皮住下。不管酒店是貴還是便宜，大還是小，都應該把被子洗乾淨的吧！畢竟客人出門在外，花多少錢也是花了錢的，衹想找個乾淨的地方安身。

戀座公寓坐地起價取消了我的訂單，平台給我換了這家，春節159/晚。環境如圖、空調不能加熱。老闆比較熱心，湊合了一夜。

總得來説，體驗較差，服務一般，性價比不高很沒有安全感！而且不查身份證就直接讓入住，反而讓我完全沒有安全感！當初就是因為看到挺多好評的才來住，應該都是刷的。非常不適合女生來居住！不會再有下次！！
第一點，房間的隔音很不好，房間內能聽到外面一切的聲音。超級沒有安全感！一樓真的洗衣機的聲音超級大！！衹要有説話在房間內都能聽到，根本睡不着！！！！
第二點，衹要房東有另外一張有房卡，房間就能被打開，安全感。
第三點，服務不到位。
（1）房間內沒有紙巾！！！
（2）浴室沒有掛鈎。在房間內能完全看到浴室，衹有隔着窗户，房間內和浴室間沒有窗簾，更沒有牆壁。
（3）床單被套枕套都不怎麼乾淨，枕套都起球了
（4）拖鞋很臟，洗漱台也很臟，地板也不怎麼乾淨。漱口杯很臟

就是曬台搭出來的一間房，牆都是泡沫板。風格？敍利亞風。房間裏沒電視，床頂着三面牆，水壺也沒有一個，洗澡？算了，想多了。泉州的民宿酒店就是一個差字！！

這個衹是民宿，是一棟民居改造成客房，在小巷子裏面，地點不太好找，停車不方便，也沒什麼設施，衞生一般般，將就住吧。

我們實話實説，這個位置非常難找，而且就在施琅墓邊，導航導到地方的差一點，就是到不了，必須老闆出來接的，但老太太根本説不清在哪裡，就一路跟着走很遠，沒有交通工具的也基本不可能住這裏，圖片看好像還行，實際情況是比較臟，灰濛濛的一層，深色床單上有臟東西，估計沒洗乾淨或怎麼樣的，最最奇葩的是，房間衹有一個插座，並且是遠離床的，這個有點離譜

床太咯，躺上面一個一個的彈簧都能清楚感覺的到，床一坐就吱呀響一躺也吱呀響。毛巾被上有蟲*，灰塵厚，應該是幾個月無人打掃過衞生了！不推薦住宿！
