There aren't many amenities nearby; you need to take a taxi 2-3 kilometers to find a shopping mall. You're completely reliant on ride-sharing apps like Didi; without it, you'd be stuck. There's a small privately-run convenience store next door, though. The hotel building looks tall, but it's actually only three stories; anything above that isn't part of the hotel. The room decor is quite simple and unpretentious. The front desk kindly provided a complimentary breakfast for the child. They gave us a connecting room, and the noise from next door was really disruptive. After discussing it with them, they moved my companion to the adjacent room the next day, which was a bit better since at least we were connected to our own group. The hotel lobby has a free self-service beverage bar, offering simple drinks like tea and coffee. From 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM, they offer two types of congee or sweet soup. Breakfast options aren't extensive, but they were sufficient for me. However, restocking was very slow, and items were frequently out of stock. I didn't take any photos, so I just grabbed some random ones – feel free to ignore them. If you ask me if I'd choose this hotel again on another visit to Quanzhou, I most likely wouldn't.
