Booked this hotel last minute and spent 5 nights from 30th May to 4th June 2023. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we checked in. We were given the Royal Spa Suite and the room was beautiful, complete with jacuzzi bath and balcony. The staff could not do enough for us and were some of the friendliest and most helpful we have met in quite a while. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them. We do have to single out one in particular though and his name is Valerio. Everything we asked was responded to within minutes and always with a smile. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay but Valerio even managed to find us another one for the day. He arranged transport for us, at very reasonable rates and Massimo our driver was another lovely young man. A top tip! Do not get a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We were quoted 100 euros, finally settled on 70 but the hotel charges half that amount. The continental breakfast is an added bonus. Finally, for anyone who fancies a day at the shops, there is a large shopping mall 10 minutes walk away with a great variety of shops and eating places. In summary, if you want a break in a lovely hotel outside Naples the Smeraldo Hotel in Qualiano, in our opinion, is a great deal.

We stayed in this excellent hotel in Naples, in the area between Agnano and Bagnoli. The stay is really wonderful in all respects: The arrival was the first very positive step, being welcomed with smile and gentleness is a great presentation paper of hospitality.The room is quite spacious, comfortable and above all The staff is very professional, available and absolutely friendly. The strategic location of the Nuvo's, located just a few steps from the Cumana railway and near the metro, makes it a point of reference for visiting Naples and the surroundings. I was at this hotel one night with my family, and I gave two stars and not one for some positive aspects. The positive aspects were staff, gentle and sympathetic, the convenience of the car park and the entrance - the garden - and the hall and breakfast room, beautifully bright. Very, but really very disappointing the room - I saw other opens passing through the corridor - of its unclean (and the lack of hygiene is serious) and furniture, spartan and uncomfortable. But the absolutely scandalous and unconceivable things for 2023 are the stupid smoke smell in the room and the bathroom, where the shower was a whole with the healthcare! In practice, if one was doing a shower (the idea that I'm not at all whaled in my head!) he washed the whole environment, I don't know how to go to do the needs and just, the shower was done where you were going with the shoes to go to the healthcare! Something absurd and paradoxical. Surely needs a restructuring. Advice to choose other solutions - even because this hotel is often used at hours....

I stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi for one night. The room is very nice, the bed is comfortable, and it is clean overall. The staff is kind and friendly, and also the breakfast is good. The price was also good. I wish I could stay one night more. Possible improvements: you can easily hear any noise coming from the other rooms. Having soundproof walls would make it the perfect experience. Also, the walls around the jacuzzi could be cleaned better.

The Bar and Reception Staff was excellent and very professional. Lucia ( redhair lady) Luisa, Danilo (exceptional) took great care of us during our stay. Food is great, location is good, close to local amenities and authentic italian foos ( such as Rosano for Mozzarella, and Kajna has great food )

BUYER BEWARE this hotel is terrible! I got it on Hotwire last minute in Naples assuming it would be near the town. I was with my mother. The hotel is a 30 minute plus metro ride away and the hotel it self is a 25 minute walk from the closest metro station. It is also in a terrible part of town that is unsafe for any tourist especially with family. The hotel doesn’t make any of this clear. It also boasts a 4 star rating but the outside is actually disgusting. You are in a scary neighborhood and the building is decrepit. We were so scared we never got out of the taxi and instead have the taxi bring us back to Naples station and we got a refund. Please please please DO NOT go to this hotel if you are a tourist in Naples. Spend a few extra dollars, stay in town, and thank me later.
