The setting is beyond reproach. After the sunny car park and the superb reception, the sumptuously decorated room had many more surprises in store for us. The room, with its remote-controlled air-conditioning and plug-in TV, offered a magnificent view of the garden and pool. However, there was no electricity and the key was delivered without a card or stick, which led to a request to reception. Dinner, served in a simple white room almost half an hour late, was still excellent. For a 4-star hotel, the absence of salt and pepper on the table was surprising. Similarly, a single bath towel must have been enough for three people. The biggest plus was the variety of food for breakfast.

Situated in the classy 'scumville' area of the town, the hotel nestles comfortably in a run-down industrial estate. Car parking is a delightful sub-basement which doubles as a building supplies store and public toilet, secured with a gate made of the finest air. The room featured a number of blown lightbulbs, and an aromatic bathroom whose odour was redolent with the perfumes of open drains and organic decomposition. The wi-fi was free - so free, in fact, that it had escaped to some far corner of the building leaving us with nothing but 'unable to connect' messages. Upon arrival, when enquiring about food, we were told that there was a pizzeria across the road. Highly recommended as a place to stay if the local crack-den has just been raided.

Bella Location e le sale, sopratutto la nuova sulla piscina … cibo abbondante e di qualità (carne e soprattutto pesce ) , animazione consigliata sempre top… Staff ( sotto la guida di Marco ) e gestione disponibili e pronti ad aiutare ad esaudire ogni richiesta espressa … Ci andiamo spesso perché merita … consigliato !!!

Hotel scandaloso in tutto camere anni 70 bagni con muffa letti con buca centrale inclusa colazione con prodotti surgelati e di scarsa qualità pulizia generale scarsa ovunque il personale non cura il cliente statene alla larga non è un albergo a quattro stelle

Albergo con personale gentilissimo, attento alle esigenze e richieste del cliente. Ottima accoglienza, buonissima colazione ricca di ogni qual si voglia, dal dolce al salato. Bella piscina e molto bello il posto dove è situato l'albergo, vi consiglio la chiena di campagna, il fiume apre gli argone e L'acqua scorre tra le strade. mette di buon umore ideale per i giovani, bambini e famiglie.. TOP

4 stelle? due erano anche troppo… camere scadenti, muffa in tutta la stanza e nel bagno, non c’era una tenda coprente in quanto la mia camera era tutta vetrata che affacciava sulla piscina, chiesto in reception se potevano mettere qualcosa ma niente ho dovuto rimediare io con il piumone del letto, già proprio con il piumone perché a giugno sul letto cera propri lui, arredamento del 900, porta che si apriva sola, ma non per la domotica ma bensì perché rotta… per farti una doccia dovevi scavalcare il bidet sempre se arrivava l’acqua calda… per il ristorante lasciamo stare meglio andare al Mc Donald’s
