This is the happiest and most comfortable hotel to stay in Xinjiang. There is no smell of decoration dust or formaldehyde. The facilities are very good and the bed is super comfortable. The security and attendants are all standardized services. The appearance and internal facilities of the hotel are good. The beds are large, and the average hotel is 1.2 meters. , This hotel is 1.3 meters. The bath water is hot, clean and tidy. But the service attitude is average. Because the weather has changed and the weather is very cold, I asked three times if I can add a quilt if it feels cold. Then I said I would go and see it first. It was really cold before I went to the service desk, but because I was afraid of meeting customers before. The standard room is fully booked, so there can be an extra quilt cover, but this service attitude makes me feel that it is not harmonious. Maybe I was out of luck. I had guests check in at 12:30 in the evening, someone called the waiter at 1:00, and guests checked in at 2:30, and people left at 7:30 in the morning. The door closed and the voice kept talking, which caused me not to sleep well all night. Therefore, it is recommended that people with poor sleep quality consider it. The area was really large enough, and I booked it again this time. The executive twin bed and executive double bed area on the Trip.com page are the same, which is false propaganda and deceive customers! Or the hotel uses ordinary double bed room as an executive room to fool customers? What's going on, I think the hotel knows best! The final solution was for me to refund the executive room order and rebook the business room. But if I knew that the room given by this hotel was so small, I might not stay here at all. For this kind of dishonest behavior, the service item must give low points!
