Dubai Eight Star Hotel (Qinzhou Nianfeng Square Branch)

The room facilities are smart and complete, the sanitation environment is excellent, it is cleaned daily, the price is high, the service attitude is good, the check-in is fast, the soundproofing is also good, and it is located in the city center with convenient transportation.

Hygiene is not in place, the service is very good

We booked a Grand King Room for three days a month in advance. When we arrived at the hotel the night of our reservation, there was no room available. The front desk clerk was clueless and rude, leaving us to our own devices. It was quite frustrating. The Grand King Room we booked was listed as 20 square meters online, but the room we were given the next day was only 10 square meters. The bed was right at the entrance, and the room didn't match the pictures on the app. When we contacted the hotel, they ignored our low price and ignored us. The hotel was clean, but there were rats running around in the ceiling at night. The room we were assigned near the elevator was noisy, making it a poor experience.

There are only two floors, but the room page shows the room on the 7th or 8th floor. The soundproofing is poor on the lower floors, making loud noises from people downstairs and other rooms. There's no door separating the room from the bathroom, which is obscured by the light from the opposite side. The air conditioner and exhaust fan are noisy. The hair dryer is old and underpowered, taking a long time to dry. A deposit is required upon check-in. The sheets are stained.

The room was very clean and tidy, with no odor. I stayed there for two nights. The front desk lady was very considerate. It was also very convenient to eat and park nearby. I'm leaving a special review and it's worth recommending.
