設施：配置齊備，但有些設施狀態欠佳。第四圖的面盆內側照片清晰可見的黑灰色給人黴變發黑的感覺；圖三馬桶旁的控水閥門常態化滴水，衞生間大半地面都是濕的；電視劇下面一個五孔插座搖擺鬆動，很擔心哪一下插入拔出會冒火。
衞生：一般。
服務：前台小夥子靈快熱情，指揮安排停車服務周到細緻，贊一個。
沒有毛巾也沒有一次性面巾，沒有贈飲用水，沒有拖鞋……
首次入住七天酒店，説實話感覺不太盡人意。以後會更加慎選七天。

位置很好找，就在市中心向陽街，到年年豐廣場逛街很方便，好多吃的，欽州地道的美食基本上都在這一圈，房間是很温馨的裝修，保養不錯的，一開始以為裝修很差，到店後超出我的預期，前台小姐姐的挺好説話的，介紹了挺多欽州遊玩攻略，非常滿意，真的很喜歡…

我是衝著七天酒店的品牌入住的，結果讓我很失望。床墊很硬，枕頭裡麪像是有一塊塊海綿睡着你不舒服。沒有面巾，浴巾衹有一條（沒有塑封），我聯繫前台告訴我疫情以後就沒有面巾了，後來衹是給我送一條浴巾（塑封）。頭一次碰到一個不提供飲用礦泉水的賓館，但是在前台上確貼着一個卡片，上面寫着給寫好評贈礦泉水一瓶，頓時讓我無語了。牆壁不整潔也就算了，但是那個窗簾就太差勁了，外面的路燈光可以透進來，影響睡眠。七天酒店是連鎖店，給我的印象一直很好，在欽州怎麼就這樣了呢？
