Ruiyi Hotel

The room was clean and tidy, the air conditioning was quiet, and the soundproofing was decent. There's parking available, and the owner is very nice. Overall, it's pretty good, and I'd choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

Great location with convenient parking. The hygiene was acceptable, and it was a good value-for-money hotel for our National Day trip.

The room was new, beautiful, clean, tidy, and smart. We encountered a strong typhoon during our stay, but the hotel service was excellent. Shuttle services were prompt, and fallen trees and branches from the typhoon were cleared quickly. Temporary power outages were also resolved very fast, so the extreme weather didn't affect our dining or accommodation experience. The staff worked hard through the night clearing debris, and they truly deserve a thumbs up! 👍

The hotel is located on a small street, so the immediate surroundings aren't great, but parking is very convenient. The room facilities are a bit dated. Overall, it's acceptable.

Close to the city center, about 100 meters away, which was very convenient for shopping. The large parking lot offered free parking, and there was a snack street just across the road.

The walls were moldy, and the shower glass was so transparent you could easily see someone bathing inside. The heater made a lot of noise, constantly turning on and off, and all the facilities were old. One of the lights was also broken, flickering erratically.

The room facilities were outdated and moldy everywhere. They allow children, but don't provide pillows. I asked the front desk three times and was coldly refused each time. I was forced to use clothes as a pillow to sleep for the night. A big thank you to Trip.com customer service for helping me cancel my subsequent bookings. I will never go to a place like this again.

Check out the facilities yourself. Also, the front desk staff had a bad attitude. As a loyal member of this hotel, I've personally spent thousands here, and most of my colleagues from the company also stay here. Now, my company books through Ctrip, and we can't select rooms with breakfast when booking. So I booked a suite, and they didn't even give me one breakfast voucher. They just completely turned their backs on me. I've blacklisted this hotel and have informed other colleagues in the company not to stay here in the future.
