酒店位置：燕山大學旁邊，市中心地段，樓下中心商場。
前台服務：很熱情，真誠。
客房情況：打掃整潔，設施比較新，樓也是新樓。
酒店交通：樓下是河北大街主街道，貫穿市中心，北戴河景區，海濱浴場。
地下停車：掃碼收費，2元一小時，封頂20元，可接受，比較安全。

酒店在茂業商場樓上，酒店很有風格，温馨家一般感覺，裝飾很精緻，前台小哥很熱情，房間看起來很清爽，乾淨整潔，早上有去的海邊，下午在樓下商場購物，晚上吃個飯飯看個電影。這裏真很方便，可以海邊遊玩，還能到樓下逛商場。周邊有秦皇小巷夜市，海底世界，動物園網紅景區。很方便下次過來還住這裏，推薦！

出差旅行入住的酒店，海濱城市離海邊近，酒店有海景房能看到大海和沙灘。過馬路就是海邊。外出購物非常的方便，樓下大商場，吃飯購物看電影都可以。樓下公交站點。客房乾淨，進去以後給客人的視野非常開闊。同時服務員也很熱情，態度好，附近有小吃城，樓下地下可以停車。挺方便，下次出差還會再來。

房間設施挺新的，環境可以整潔，樓下有五層商場，吃飯購物方便，工作人員服務周到，讓人無比舒心。房間可以看到大海，一種家的感覺，都挺有有禮貌，認真負責。吃飯，看電影，去海邊，去海邊走路或騎單車都可以，十分鐘。路對面還有個小夜市街，可以吃到各種美味小吃。房間挺大舒適，安靜，值得推薦。

前台態度強硬，愛住不住，，衞生不好，熱水器會大聲響和流水，作為電器非常恐怖，但是前台説沒事，被迫要求換房間，兩個房間熱水器都會叫，衞生不行，到處塵土毛毛，服務不行，大家換酒店吧，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，
真的真的入住了很多次，這次讓我傷透心了，我也不怎麼會評價酒店，相信大家可能和我一樣，住完就走了，這次真的讓我非常生氣，沒有在其他任何酒店遇到這樣的事情。
入住之前打電話説明我要續住一段時間，但是因為房費波動加我不確定具體哪天走的原因所裏我幾天幾天訂這樣，我東西好多，不想換房間也不想在冬天這麼冷的情況下無房可住，所以提前打電話説了情況，結果前台口中的大客户要住我的房間，我被迫搬離，在我看來就是不顧我的感受被迫搬走了，酒店那麼多一樣的房間，為什麼我這個連續入住的人要搬，而不是新入住的人去隔壁住呢，就是看我學生好拿捏嗎？東西那麼多，拜託前台幫忙搬一下，強硬拒絕，衞生如圖，到處毛毛，半夜熱水器巨大聲音，影響休息。而且樓上會漏水，難以想象吧，樓上是真的會嘩嘩漏水把你吵醒的
