Junyu Grand Hotel

Not far from Qinhuangdao Station, and right across from a fresh market, which is very convenient. We drove there, and parking was easy. We arrived a bit late, and the lovely front desk lady upgraded our room and even gave our child a free breakfast. It's also very convenient for visiting attractions like Shanhaiguan.

This hotel meets five-star standards. The facilities are classic business style, showing some signs of age. The cleanliness is good, especially in the details, and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, the environment lives up to its star rating, the service is good, and breakfast is also decent.

This is the first time I've felt compelled to leave such a strong review. While the hotel facilities are a bit older, they are well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious. However, the staff service was absolutely terrible. Not only did they provide incorrect information, but their attitude was awful and they had zero patience. When I brought this up with the hotel, they just brushed me off, not even offering a basic apology. On top of that, the hotel's signage was non-existent; I was constantly lost and confused.

The hotel is in a good location, a ten-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, at the southwest corner of the intersection of Yingbin Road and Yanshan Street, with convenient transportation. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western food, with enough variety, and you can eat well. The room has good lighting, soft and comfortable bedding, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with plenty of hot water. In short, the price-performance ratio is very high, and I will stay here again next time.
