You can't beat the view! Scenery from dining room and garden was great! Hotel looked old, not well maintained. Room was small, water run out from shower room.

Service was ok but people in the counter (the two girls) don't make u feel welcome, no good morning, no smiles, no have a good day, nothing, the guy is very friendly and was willing to help with a very nice attitude.
The hotel itself is beautiful, incredible view, well maintained, very clean, very well kept, the design is amazing, lots of natural light and glass, the room was perfectly clean and organized. I loved the hotel, my only suggestion is about the food and amenities, the food is local (which is fine, I love Chinese food) but the dishes are very basic and half of the menu was not available, so we ended up eating eggs with tomato and rice, which is not what u want to sat in such an amazing place with that view, in order to eat anything else you have to drive for at least 30-40 minutes, so the food & beverage offer at the hotel should be wider. The breakfast, same thing, it's a small place so I don't expect many options, but the available options should be quality food. Regarding the amenities, a few options would be nice, we couldn't even watch TV becausr you need an acount with Xiamo, the TV brand and pay for it or you can watch anything.. Something simple like, a yoga class during sunrise, a cooking class at sunset (the kitchen is open and huge, would be fun for guest to join) a cocktail tasting in the small bar in first floor, simple activities to entertain the guest since everything else is very far from the hotel.
Oh and one more thing, this is a relaxed hotel, I don't think it's suitable for children at all, for couples is perfect.

The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking. The property is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel staff are very polite and attentive. The food is average. I stayed in a luxury corner unit with a private outdoor area, which was amazing.

Picture 1 shows a room of more than 1,200, which is no different from the usual hotel rooms of more than 200. The bathtub is just a decoration and takes up a lot of space. The lake view room (the smallest window in the middle of Picture 2) has no privacy at all. I want to open the curtains to see it. The scenery, the people going up and down the stairs, downstairs and next door are also looking at you. No appreciation at all! There are also dishes (Picture 3) that are generally produced, three dishes are 310 and the cabbage is not fresh. There are no entertainment facilities, and there is nothing to do except strolling by the lake. At night, the surrounding area is pitch black and we can only stay in the hotel. The environment of the lake is okay. Just this selling point. But it's really not worth the price
