What a pleasant surprise this vacation was! The environment is lovely, quiet, and clean, with very few mosquitoes. The best part is that I could bring my dog! The staff member, Xiao Ye, was incredibly dedicated and helpful. When I bought a watermelon and realized I had no knife, she brought one right over. I'll definitely be back!

What truly stood out was the thoughtful service from the lady at the front desk. Not only did she help us choose a room exactly to our specifications, but she also gave us a complimentary upgrade. The room offered absolutely stunning views, directly overlooking the lake and the pool. Whenever we had a question, she answered it quickly and efficiently! Great value for money, highly recommended!

This resort in Qing Yuan is great. Staff friendly and best services. Our booking included buffet dinner and breakfast, food were yummy and delicious. Rooms are spacious and clean. Free in room soft drinks in fridge, only downside is the hot spring only open 6 with some not even hot.

The freshness and flavor were spot on, easily catering to diverse dietary needs. Most commendable was the service provided by the lobby manager, Mr. Ou. During my stay, my car was accidentally scratched. Upon learning of this, Mr. Ou responded quickly and proactively, helping to coordinate the entire process. He worked until 10 p.m. and patiently resolved all issues, truly demonstrating his exceptional attentiveness and responsibility. From the reasonable pricing to the room upgrade, to the excellent dining and warm service, every detail of this hotel is filled with sincerity and is absolutely worthy of praise!

We booked a villa room, which both the elderly and children loved. It comes with free breakfast and a free hot spring ticket. It's suitable for 6-8 people and is perfect for family travel. The environment is great, and the swimming pool is only filled when you get to the villa, so you can swim safely. Fangfang, the housekeeper, is really great. When booking a room, you can ask Fangfang for help. She's always there to help. It's rare to find such a good housekeeper. Thumbs up to Fangfang👍

The hotel lobby is open and the view is good. But the open lobby cannot be air-conditioned, and it is so hot in this summer... 4. There is still room for improvement in the hot springs, such as increasing the types of hot springs and improving the environment of the hot spring area... 5. The variety of the buffet breakfast seems to be a little less than that of hotels of the same price and grade🫠and not very delicious... The fried rice noodles are dry... The coffee is also brewed in advance and placed in a bucket, not a coffee machine... And the coffee feels so light because too much water is added🫠🫠🫠, a little disappointed 6. The surrounding environment of the hotel is also very good. If you are tired, you can take a walk along the lake, the scenery is also very nice. 7.
