花築坤山別苑位置在嶗山風景區裏面，到嶗山各個景點距離都很近，去遊玩也很方便。我們一行6人入住，選了4房1廳的套房，老闆是上海爺叔開的，接待非常熱情，走進小院被院子里美景迷住了，小院被老闆佈置的非常別緻，看來是花費了不少心思的，院子裏種植了各種花草樹木、茶桌、鞦韆等，房間裡佈置的也特別漂亮乾淨，晚上可以在院子裏喝喝茶，聊聊天，盪盪鞦韆，吹吹海風，很是愜意。門樓還有小超市和燒烤，距離海邊也衹有3到5分鐘的時間，想到海邊逛逛也很方便。因我們都是上海人，前兩天在青島和嶗山天天吃海鮮有點吃厭了，我們很想吃點別的東西，正好老闆家可以燒家常菜，我們連續三頓飯都是在花築吃的，老闆家小菜味道燒的很好，我們都吃的很開心，價格還便宜。據老闆介紹衹有周末才能喝到他們袋裝的新鮮冰啤酒，我們運氣好，正好喝到了，味道確實不錯。非常滿意的一次入住。推薦朋友去這家入住。
