Facilities: Very convenient. The parent-child room we booked has a beautiful balcony and sea view. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. It is recommended for everyone to bring their children to play. Service: The service staff are very nice and enthusiastic, giving people a warm feeling. Environment: Super close to the beach. Just walk to the beach. Driving around the island is also beautiful and eating is very convenient. The children like the layout of the parent-child room very much, and also like the balcony to see the sea view. Highly recommend everyone to come and travel.

Thumbs up -I must say . Almost all staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the room cleaners is very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up again for the concierge staff as well . I specifically recommend this 海尔洲际酒店宾客关系部的 Ivy 王家旸 and one of the cleaning departments lady which I forget to get her name -(she is new trained - 2 month only ) date 11 jan . Room 1256 . She is very caring and helpful. I was rather upset with the morning breakfast staff - all is so unprofessional. Training shld be mandatory to all the staff . They will rather rude and no respect to guest . I do not wish to explain too much on my unpleasant experiences here .

The house is on Xingguang Island, and you can park for free. It is just an intersection from Sunacmao. It is worth mentioning that the homeowner’s facilities, convection oven, dryer, washing machine and refrigerator are all available, the key is baby toys, each of the three rooms All have air conditioning, the mattresses are very comfortable, the family sleeps soundly, there are slides and other children’s entertainment facilities in the community, but unfortunately the time is too rushed to play enough, I will live here next time, children listen to it I couldn't bear to go home, I was so anxious to cry! By the way, my family, young and old, also ate the landlord’s free breakfast, egg noodles! Very very satisfied!

What I am most satisfied with when I come to Qingdao is this accommodation. The travel location is convenient and fast. The room is super stylish and comfortable. The things used are complete. There are kitchen utensils to enjoy the warmth of home. Unfortunately, we can't have time to come and experience. What embarrassed me the most was that the time arrangement was too tight. I forgot to pay the deposit to the boss. Although the boss didn't say me, I still felt a little embarrassed haha! Next time my child comes to play, he must let him live here. I tell you that you can go jogging in May Fourth Square every morning and go for a walk at night. If you want to go out, turn right and see it. It’s really close. 👍

Great! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The suite was really big and clean. The bathroom is huge and has a beautiful mosaic on the wall. There’s a big bathtub where you can relax and watch movies at the same time. The bed is big and comfortable. Theres a TV in the bedroom, in the sitting room and in the bathroom. The suite has TWO balconies with a sea view. There’s even a Bluetooth speaker that can be connected to your phone. All the necessary toiletries were provided. The hotel staff would bring us fresh fruit to the room every evening. The breakfast and dinner were good too, better than we expected based on the reviews. Many options to choose from, including salmon sashimi. We compared the food options in the nearby hotels and this one seemed to be the best. There was even a chocolate fountain :) Nice gym, but the pool was closed due to Covid. Very good experience overall and would definitely recommend the hotel!
