I wanted to give full marks, the room is big, and the environment is also very good, but there was a little unpleasantness when I checked out. Before the child left, he wanted to drink a glass of juice from the breakfast room, but because he was leaving, he took an empty mineral water bottle The son wanted to fill a cup and take it away, but the waiter at the door refused to let him in, saying that he was not allowed to take it away. Is this necessary for just one drink? Later, the waiter at the front desk found out and brought us a can of drinks.

The room was adequate size but we were very disappointed that there was no information in the room about the hotel itself, the services it provided nor about the area round about and no maps . As non Chinese tourists we were completely lost and having nothing to refer made the experience very difficult. A 500RMB security deposit was taken from my card on arrival and we were told anything we spent would be deducted from this and the remainder refunded. But breakfast 180RMB was taken directly from my card account. When we had to leave early some of the remainder for the extra nights was refunded but my 500RMB has not been refunded and I have had no success contacting the hotel. I would like my money refunded as I have already paid for breakfast !!! I must say an outstanding staff member at the hotel is Rafa. He listens, advises , helps and went out of his way and gave us the best and kindest assistance. He was wonderful, an outstanding representative for DoubleTree Hilton!!!!

From entering the hotel door to checking in to the room, the service staff will accompany you throughout the whole process. As soon as you enter the room, you will be given small foods such as yogurt, biscuits, and fruits. Bottled water is for you to use on the road. This is the hotel I have stayed in. I dare not say that the others are the first. The service is definitely No.1. The five-star praise can not reflect their service. It should have seven stars. 👍👍👍👍 I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel for one night if you have the opportunity in the future
