I've never seen such terrible service at a hotel. The front desk phone was never answered at different times, and there was no one manning the parking attendant booth. I couldn't get my car in and tried multiple times at various hours, day and night, during my two-day stay. If the front desk isn't going to answer, just get rid of the phone! And if the hotel won't let cars in, then don't advertise free parking! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Perfect breakfast. Perfect bed like a cloud. Location is far from the center. Not all the chargers were working in my room, just two out of seven.

overall is a good hotel in Chengyang. Construction at front for metro line is not helping but you get an overall comfortable experience staying here.
Location is ok. Breakfast is basic but does the job. Room is generally good and size and cleanliness are both good.

The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and obliging. They allowed me to change my book after I arrived. The room was luxurious with all facilities and was clean. The food was excellent and included a wide variety of Chinese and also western food.

Excellent stay, staff was accommodating and happy to upgrade the room when the first room was not convenient and not cleaned. They provided an excellent service and was happy to help with any enquiry.
