Holiday Inn Express QINGDAO CITY CENTER by IHG

I booked this hotel last minute for a foreign trade conference. Originally, I had a 'mini room,' but the front desk staff, Da Shu and Xiao Bai, patiently upgraded me to a family suite. The next day, during the conference, I realized I forgot my charger. Yin He and Xing Xing from the staff were incredibly thoughtful and had a robot deliver a charger to my room for free. I highly recommend this hotel, it's really great!

They upgraded my room for free, and there was complimentary Fourpure beer in the lobby, which was a really nice touch. I'll definitely come back after peak season!

The room was clean and the service was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time, especially since it's so close to Ginza with plenty of dining options. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, parking was convenient, and the breakfast was good. Big thumbs up to the front desk!

Overall, I was satisfied. The location is great, right by the Olympic Sailing Center with a subway station nearby and a mall across the street. It's super convenient for getting around and dining. The Holiday Inn Express style is consistent, and the room facilities are quite new. The large washer and dryer in the laundry room were very useful. On the downside, the water pressure in the room was a bit low, which made showering a little difficult, and the coffee machine in the lobby was out of order.

After hiking Mount Lao, I checked into a very clean and tidy room back in the city. It's not far from the beach for an evening stroll, and the weather was cool. The hotel even offered complimentary beer, though I don't drink. Excellent service overall!

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Fushan所 Station's Exit D. There's a food street nearby, Ginza Mall, and Hema Fresh. It's also a short walk to the Olympic Sailing Center and May Fourth Square. The hotel breakfast was decent with a good variety. I stayed for 5 days, and the service was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy.
