The main reason for choosing this hotel is that it is close to the place of work. The front desk service of the hotel is quite satisfactory, but many of the items in the room are old, the effect is not good, and the network is not good, and TV watching is not smooth.

之前也來住過，這個酒店越開越差啦。簡單説一下此次入住的兩個問題。
1⃣️開房間時候，大床房開成雙床房。後續去前台換房間了。
2⃣️酒店整體衞生變差，最明顯就是枕頭，枕頭焦黃（對比與被子顏色），也沒有枕套（內芯黃了，好歹套一個掩蓋一下）。要求換枕頭，拿來的枕頭一個比一個差，最後套上枕套，眼不見為凈。連續入住兩天，第二天衞生打掃的也很一般。
希望可以改正，酒店越做越好

外觀還可以，就是裏面太陳舊了，房間內走廊上的地毯一個字 臟，房間內的桌腿是斷的，浴簾布上都是發黴的，浴缸內是簡直了 哪裡敢去洗澡，也不派服務員搞搞乾淨

酒店比較破舊，設施老化嚴重，整個酒店給人的感覺是沒有任何管理跡象，唯一早餐還算過的去，雖然種類不多，但和房價能成比例，畢竟房價不到二百元。
設施：酒店設施陳舊，老式星際酒店裝修，基本沒有維護和管理，毛巾浴巾類已經洗的發乾發硬了，熱水值得點贊。
衞生：衞生一般般
服務：基本沒啥服務，外賣不準上樓，多要一瓶礦泉水還是很不情願的態度，

因為之前住過一次，覺得酒店不錯。所以本次黃島之旅再次選擇這裏。但是本次體驗真的很差很差很差。洗漱台竟然沒有配香皂，電視遙控器入住時沒有，後跟前台打電話索取的。沐浴間的窗簾臟的噁心。預訂的雙床房給我們開成了大床，讓我們折騰了好幾趟換房間。傢俱老化，好多地方損壞，酒店管理差。早餐也是和之前相比差了不止一星半點。總之很差勁！！！

服務：晚班服務極差 應該是攜程扣款 硬説我付款方式不對 重複收了一筆 雖然第二天退了心裏還是不舒服 還有接電話的人一點禮貌都沒有 不像是服務行業 感覺是給債主打電話
